Can I take MSP® classes remotely?
Yes. Some accredited training providers offer virtual classrooms and e-learning.
When do I receive my certificate?
Please contact your examination center for the receipt of your certificate. If you have taken a web proctored exam, your certificate will be sent to you shortly after your official results are issued.
How do I order books/study material?

Which exams are available online?
All MSP® exams are available online.
Which exams do not need to go through a training provider and allow me to self-study?
You can take any of the MSP exams either after having attended classes through an accredited training organization or after self-study.
How long does the exam take?
Exam times vary depending on the level. The Foundation exam time is 60 minutes, the Practitioner exam time is 150 minutes, the Advanced Practitioner exam time is 180 minutes and the Re-registration exam is 75 minutes. The Advanced Practitioner Re-registration exam has no time restrictions.
Are the exam questions multiple choice, essay style or both?
All questions are multiple choice, apart from the Advanced Practitioner exam, which is essay based and the Advanced Practitioner Re-registration, which is a dissertation.
When will I receive the mark from my exam?
For web based exams, results are immediate, subject to final verification from PEOPLECERT. For paper based exams, results are sent within 2 days upon receipt of the exam papers.
I recently passed the MSP® Foundation exam through PEOPLECERT and I have received my certificate. Is there a specific logo that I have rights to use in my communications?
Any individual who would like to include information on their MSP certification on a business card needs to take note of the following:
An AXELOS Trade Mark logo cannot be used on business cards as they advertise a person/company and not the associated product.
An AXELOS word mark can be used on a business card as long as the correct symbol is used. Where practicable (if it can be included and be legible) the Trade Mark acknowledgement statement should also be shown. E.g.

I am a MSP Practitioner. Do I need to re-register?
All MSP Practitioners/Advanced Practitioners need to be re-registered within 3-5 calendar years of their original certification.
