PEOPLECERT is the only certification body to offer three levels of certification, meeting different candidate needs, depending on their specific level of expertise and career progression.
Expert level, for professionals wishing to demonstrate their know-how of a particular management system. The level consists of 2 grades:
- Foundation Level, for a pass rate of 50%- 70%
- Professional Level, for a pass rate of over 70%
Auditor level, for professionals who want to demonstrate their skills as Quality Management Systems Auditors. To reach this level, you need to pass the Expert Level Management System Certification. The level consists of 4 grades:
- Provisional Auditor, which requires formal training and ISO 19011 examination.
- Auditor, which requires work experience
- Lead Auditor, which requires auditing experience and includes a psychometric test
- Internal Auditor, which requires a high level of auditing experience.
Consultant level, for professionals wishing to demonstrate their competences as Quality Management Systems Consultants. To reach this level, you need to pass the Expert level Quality Management System certification. The Consultant Certification consists of 3 grades:
- Junior Consultant, which requires formal training and ISO 10019 examination.
- Consultant, which requires previous experience in Quality Management and includes a psychometric test
- Senior Consultant, which requires a high level of proven work experience in consultancy services
