The PEOPLECERT Certified Professional Valuer is a certification scheme of international recognition that proves a professional’s ability to conduct valuations (estimates of value) of property in fields such as real estate, collectibles and general assets, using national or international standards, regulatory requirements, or other principles, normative and industry references.

PEOPLECERT offers the Certified Professional Valuer in association with SOE Sworn Valuers Body and provides professional certification services, without any confinement or any restriction, to all applicants who satisfy the requirements of the particular certification criteria. The Certified Professional Valuer offers a tool of personal and career development to a wide group of professionals, as it is available in the following popular categories:

1. Expert valuers: This certification proves a person’s ability to conduct valuations in one or more of the following groups:
a) Property Valuations, b) Business Valuations, c) Industrial and Machinery Valuations, d) Valuations of Fine Arts. Typical markets covered by these groups are:

Group 1: Property (Real Estate) Valuations (building plots, agricultural fields, forests, islands, buildings, blocks of flats, flats, establishments, offices, stores, warehouses, cinemas, parking lots, hospitals, hotels, night clubs, preserved buildings, construction and technical works)
Group 2: Business Valuations (financial studies, Valuations on the basis the financial records)
Group 3: Industrial and Machinery Valuations (electrical, mechanical and other equipment, machine-shop, construction or other machines, means of transport, boats, furniture and utensils)
Group 4: Valuations of Fine Arts, Antiques and Collections

Note: The recognition scheme complies with the TEGoVA REV stipulations and is offered only to SOE members, acting as a supplementary certification to the Expert Valuer Scheme.
