The First Iberian-American Congress of Best Practices in Project Management and Services will be co-hosted by PEOPLECERT Group (www.peoplecert.org), the Spanish Association of Professionals in Project Management (PDP) and Mercados21.es, in Seville, on the 6th of October 2011.
