PEOPLECERT Group (www.peoplecert.org), the experts in certifying professionals, showcased its latest solutions and professional certifications during Fusion 11, the leading get-together of ITSM professionals and training organizations organized by itSMF USA, which took place earlier this week in Washington D.C.
PEOPLECERT’s presence was the ‘talk of the show’, since, a year on after its launch in the US market, the organization showcased a series of new, value-added solutions for corporations, training organizations and examination centers, while ITSM professionals had a preview of the organization’s portfolio of the latest professional certifications and examination systems designed to offer a simple, stress-free examination experience, from start to finish.
In a private reception held during the opening day of the show and in front of an audience of leading global training organizations and industry trend setters, Byron Nicolaides, Chairman and CEO of PEOPLECERT Group, gave a quick overview of the latest industry trends, the challenges organizations are faced with as potential changes are underway, and their need to expand their portfolio and their marketing outreach to ensure they stay competitive.
‘Changes in the market are imminent and training organizations need to ensure that their examination provider is up-to-date with these changes and has the flexibility and know-how to develop solutions that will support them when these changes occur’, Mr. Nicolaides argued.
