How can candidates be registered to an exam?

There are three ways candidates can get registered to an exam:

Option A: Candidates self-register online.

Option B: The TC Manager registers candidates to an exam through PASSPORT (Three alternatives available).

Option C: The TC Manager sends the candidate details to PeopleCert and we do all the work (apply according to the PeopleCert official pricelist).

Option A: Candidates self-register online

Step 1: Select Create/Update e-mail List in the exam booking form. You can either:

a) Add the e-mails and names of the candidates you want to self-register, or

b) Upload your candidate list (files should have three columns only with titles Column A: e-mail, Column B: First Name, Column C: Last Name). Files should be saved and uploaded as:

  • excel with the file extension *.xls or *.xlsx, or
  • text (Tab Delimited) with the file extension (*.txt).

s

To upload your files, follow the steps below:

  • Click Choose File to find the file you want.
  • Click Open to select the file.
  • Click Upload.

s

Your data will appear on the form. Candidates registered using the above e-mails will appear in green color, so that you can easily monitor candidate registrations.

You can update the form with additional candidates at any time after the exam booking by adding the emails and names of the candidates.

s

These candidates will then receive an e-mail with the Exam booking ID and the Candidate Exam Registration Instruction.

Candidates can now register themselves through the PeopleCert website. Please note that first-time candidates will need to create a PeopleCert web profile in order to register (as mentioned in the instructions they receive).
