How do I add a new Proctor (Invigilator) into PASSPORT?

Step 1: Click on the Persons menu, then click on Invigilators. All registered invigilators/proctors appear on a list

Step 2: Click on Add New at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: A new form opens, in which you need to add the invigilator/proctor details. Please note that only the fields in bold are mandatory

If any of the information you entered is incorrect, when you attempt to save the record an error message will appear.

To edit a record, click on it and make the necessary changes. 

Step 4: Click on Save and Close.

Step 5: An automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent to the invigilator/proctor with a link where he/she needs to read and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and create a PeopleCert account. Once he/she is registered, his/her name will appear in the Invigilator drop-down menu of the exam booking form.

Step 6: Once confirmed, the PeopleCert Customer Support team will contact the invigilator/proctor to schedule a training session.
