How do I order Certificates once results have been issued?

Step 1: Once the exam results have been issued, you can order certificates for your candidates by Clicking on the Certificates menu.

Step 2 : Click on Certificate Orders and then click Add New to place a new order.

  • Select the Test Centre (TC) you are looking for.
  • Choose your preferred Certificate Delivery.
  • Go to Choose your Certificates and filter your data to find the certificates you would like to order. If you need more than one copy, click Edit and select the Quantity you need.
  • Click Select to add the certificate to your order.
  • Repeat the above for all certificates.
  • Click Save to place your order.

Please note:

  • All certificate orders added by a TC Manager will remain pending until the Advanced TC Manager approves them.
  • Click Remove to remove a certificate from your order.
