How do I view my Candidate Success Rates?

Step 1: Click on SUCCESS RATES and select Candidate Success Rates, to view information on your exams’ success rates per trainer and per topic.

Step 2: Select the Date Period you want and click on Apply Filters. You can also select a specific Qualification Category, Product or Module.

Step 3: Click on the arrow to see the success rates per trainer and per module on the grid. You can Export the data to an excel file. You can also view the Tests Counts column.

Step 4: On the second grid, you can view the Candidate Success Rates per topic. Click on the arrow to view the topics. You can Export the data to an Excel
