You provide your candidates with the quality training they need to cope with some of the most demanding, career-boosting certification exams. Sometimes though, the result may not be the expected one. Now, you can offer your candidates the Take2 re-sit option that allows them to retake their exam in case of an unsuccessful result, within 6 months of their initial exam.

Take2 re-sit option can be added, simply with the click of a button, for all the candidates of a session, when booking a classroom exam or when ordering your vouchers. Also, Take2 is now available on a “per candidate” basis too when booking your classroom exams. You have up to 15 minutes before the time of the scheduled exam, to add it on your preferred candidates. All you need to do is to login to your PeopleCert Account in PASSPORT and select from the Online drop-down menu, Candidates’ Take2.

Take2 adds zero overhead for you! Candidates with unsuccessful results, are notified by e-mail that a re-sit exam is available and are invited to schedule it and take it exclusively through Online Proctoring.

Ways to add Take2

Take2  re-sit exam option can be added for all the candidates of an order or session and also on a “per candidate” basis when booking a classroom exam.

Add service before the initial exam

Simply make sure to include the Take2 re-sit option when booking an exam or ordering your vouchers by selecting the respective box. The service is then automatically added through our systems. Candidates failing their initial exam, are invited by e-mail to schedule and take the re-sit exam through Online Proctoring adding zero overhead for your business.

If, however, you decide not to add Take2 your candidates can purchase it through their PeopleCert Candidate Profile, up to 15 minutes before sitting the initial exam!

Always in control

As the Training Center Manager in charge, you always want to have full control and visibility for the exams you have arranged. With Take2 everything is crystal clear. You can log on the Candidates’ Take2 screen and check anytime, if it is enabled and who has added it.

Now that Take2 is available, focus on what matters the most, your candidates’ preparation!

Take2 is an add-on service that becomes available only when the initial exam linked to it has a “fail” result. Take2 is not transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, even if it isn’t eventually used. Candidates must schedule and take the re-sit exam within 6 months from the date of their initial exam. Take2 is exam-specific; it cannot be used for any other offering and is valid only for the exam originally purchased. Failing to show up for a Take2 exam appointment or not rescheduling the appointment prior to their scheduled appointment forfeits candidates’ ability to use the Take2 generated voucher.It can only be purchased up to 15 minutes before sitting an examination. Take2 is not available for purchase after a failed exam.
