Academy of Professional Certification Limited (APC) is on a non-profit making (NGO), non-religious & non-political basis granted the charitable status under chapter 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap.112) of the Inland Revenue Department of the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2013 which denoted that all donations to our organization are eligible for tax benefits and to fund various social and certification projects.
