    • Agile Process Design—applying Agile practices to process design projects

  • Anyone interested in learning about Agile and Scrum from a products and process perspective
  • Individuals who will serve as the operational equivalent of development’s  ScrumMaster
  • Process owners and managers seeking to make their process improvement efforts more “agile”
  • Employees and managers responsible for designing, reengineering or improving development and operational processes
  • Business and IT stakeholders who wish to understand the principles of Agile Service Management
  • Consultants guiding their clients through Agile, DevOps® and/or ITSM initiatives
  • Internal and external suppliers


  • Completion of an accredited course
  • Familiarity with IT service management processes and ITIL® is recommended

Pass mark: 65% (26 out of 40)
Open book/notes: no
Exam duration: 60 minutes (75 minutes if English is not a candidate’s native tongue)
