ATO accreditation
ITIL 4 follows the existing accreditation process for the ITIL scheme, which means that ATOs get accredited to deliver courses for ITIL 4 modules once both courseware and trainers have been accredited for the respective modules.
Please note that no trainings can be delivered before an ATO is fully accredited.
For ITIL 4 trainer accreditation information, please check the latest version of the ‘Approval Guide for Trainers’, available at the support area of peoplecert.org.
