Access & Login

Where do I log in now?

Go to www.peoplecert.org/Partners.
Use your existing credentials to access your Partner account. If this is your first time logging in, follow the password reset instructions provided in your welcome email from PeopleCert.

I used to log in to my.axelos.com - what happens to that site?

my.axelos.com will soon be decommissioned. All your ACP information and resources are now hosted within PeopleCert’s Partner Area.

I cannot access my account - what should I do?

If you encounter login issues, please send an email to network@peoplecert.org with your organization’s name and ACP ID.

Where can clients find my organization now?

Your public listing has moved from axelos.com to peoplecert.org, under a dedicated section for Consulting Partners.

End customers can search for ACPs by:

- Organization name
- Country
- Maturity Model (ITIL or P3M3)
- Area of expertise (e.g. (ITIL, RESILIA, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, MSP, M_o_R, MoP, P3O, AgileSHIFT, MoV))

What does my new profile look like?

Depending on your partnership package (Essential, Premium, or Elite), your listing displays:

- Company name, website, and countries of operation
- Areas of expertise (formerly called “Best Practices”)
- Names of your accredited Assessors

For Elite Partners: a dedicated profile page with full company description and a direct contact form

Does the “’Contact Us’” form still exist?

Yes. Visitors can submit an enquiry directly through the “Contact Partner” button on your listing entry. The message is automatically sent to your organization’s registered email address.

Badges and Accreditations

What happens to Assessor badges issued through Credly?

The Credly badges will be gradually replaced by badges issued by PeopleCert. You will have access to the assessor badges in your candidate profile. New assessors will receive access after passing the assessor exam.

All partner resources have been added to the PeopleCert Partners area:

Maturity Model Tool

How do I access the Maturity Model Tool?

Accredited Assessors can access the Maturity Model Tool directly from the Partner Area.

1. Log in at peoplecert.org/Partners
2. Go to Support → Documents
3. Select your Maturity Model (ITIL or P3M3) and click “Access the tool”

You can also open it through the Application Launcher on the right-hand side of the page.

I am only accredited for one model. Can I get access to the other?

Yes. If you are currently accredited for ITIL or PRINCE2 P3M3 only, you can click ‘Get Accredited’ under the other model in your dashboard to learn more about getting accredited for that model as well.

What stays the same

Has anything changed in how I operate as an ACP?

No. Your consulting activities, assessor accreditations and partnership tiers remain the same. The change is purely platform-related - everything now runs through PeopleCert systems.

Will my existing data be preserved?

Yes. All data, listings and accreditations have been migrated securely from the Axelos platforms to PeopleCert.
