When can we expect updated translations for PRINCE2 7?

For the core languages, updates for the exams are being prioritised for this year and we expect the full stack of assets to be ready for release in Q1.

Where can I access the new materials for DevOps Foundations and SRE Foundation?

The updated materials are live on Canvas and in the partners area for DevOps Foundation and SRE Foundation.

How can we overcome the differences between ITIL v3 and ITIL 4?

With the ITIL v3 certification holder promotion partners will be able to bundle a combination of vouchers so (for example) you could provide an ITIL 4 FDN eLearning voucher for a candidate to support upskilling prior to attending a higher level course.

While ITIL 4 Foundation is no longer mandatory, we strongly encourage learners to take advantage of the limited time offer, go through the course and take the exam to ensure they are better prepared for the higher-level certifications and achieve the best outcomes. This is why ITIL v3 certification holders can receive a complimentary ITIL 4 Foundation voucher with the purchase of any ITIL 4 higher-level module voucher until the end of year.

Are all ITIL Practice Manager certifications included in the ITIL promotions?

Yes all ITIL4 Practice certifications are included in the promotions.

If a candidate takes an ITIL 4 higher-level course will they automatically receive an ITIL 4 Foundation certificate?

No, they will not automatically receive an ITIL4 Foundation certificate in this case. To be awarded an ITIL 4 Foundation certificate the candidate must take the ITIL 4 Foundation exam

Does the inclusion of ITIL v3 as a pre-requisite apply to the ITIL 4 Managing Professional modules?

Yes, the change in pre-requisite does enable a candidate with ITIL v3 Foundation to proceed directly to the Managing Professional modules.

For the ITIL v3 Re-engagement promotions who is responsible for checking that candidates hold ITIL v3 certifications?

For the complimentary ITIL 4 Foundation voucher, because the discount is applied at point of partner purchase then the partner must check that the candidate holds an ITIL v3 certificate prior to purchase.

For the change to pre-requisite to accept ITIL v3 Foundation to access the ITIL 4 upper levels then the partner should also check this before accepting the candidate onto the course.

Will PeopleCert be reactivating the ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition exam?

No, we are not reopening the ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition exam.

Can a partner sell membership as a standalone?

Partners can order standalone Annual PeopleCert Plus Membership through Passport OR Annual PeopleCert Plus Membership can be included as an add-on to every exam order made on Passport.

Will the pricelist be bundled to make it easier to understand?

We are working on a bundled format for the 2025 pricelist to make it more user friendly.

Your invoices also now have a bundled format to align with the new 2025 pricelist format.

If we buy annual PeopleCert Plus membership in bulk, what will the validity period for our customers?

The one year period starts from activation of the voucher.

What does "PeopleCert takes the FX risk" mean?

In Practical terms this means that your 2025 pricelist will be a 5% adjustment on the 2024 pricelist and will not be impacted by currency fluctuations. For clarity we will continue to invoice in the 5 current currencies, your invoiced currency will not change.

Can I be part of the ITIL Service Management Overview pilot?

It will be a small pilot and PeopleCert will select partners directly based on ITIL 4 volumes.

Are you retiring PeopleCert Scrum and MoV?

Yes, to confirm, we will be retiring MoV and Scrum as qualifications. We will be communicating more details around specific transition/retirement dates very soon.

What does "Master" mean in the PRINCE2 portfolio scheme?

The Master designation is intended to be the highest level of achievement of the certification scheme.
It is a recognition that the learner has achieved the universal and diverse knowledge developed during their training and certification journey and have mastered the full suite of the PPM competencies

Can we use your marketing videos on our website or YouTube channel ?

Yes, of course you can use the videos in your website and YT channel. Please reach out to your BDM and they will be able to provide the assets to you. You can also find a variety of materials in the Partner’s Area.

Will the pricing adjustment apply to DEVOPS INSTITUTE certifications?

Yes the 5% adjustment applies across all portfolios.

Are there any updates regarding Lean Six Sigma and Lean Certifications?

We do not have any updates to share regarding these certifications at the current time.

What are your plans for DevOps localisation?

We will provide an update on DOI DevOps localisations at the January partners meet-up.

How long are the ITIL v3 promotions offered for?

The addition of ITIL v3 Foundation as a pre-requisite for the ITIL4 upper levels is a permanent change.

The special promotion for ITILv3 certification holders which gives a 100% discount on ITIL 4 Foundation when an ITIL 4 higher-level voucher is purchased was announced to run until end of year but has now been extended until 31st March 2025.

The purchased vouchers will have the standard validity period.

Are the ITIL v3 promotions only open to those with higher-level ITIL v3 certifications?

The ITIL v3 promotions are open to any ITIL v3 certification holders. The offer is not limited to ITIL v3 Foundation certificate holders only, ITIL v3 Foundation is the minimum requirement.

Can I order PeopleCert Plus membership for multiple years for my candidates?

Currently we only offer the purchase of one year membership vouchers.

Can you explain the difference between the 50% off and the 100% off ITIL upper-level promotions?

They have been developed for different target audiences.

50% discount on ANY ITIL 4 Foundation voucher when purchased with ANY ITIL 4 higher-level voucher can be offered to ALL candidates.

100% discount on ANY ITIL 4 Foundation voucher when purchased with ANY ITIL 4 higher-level voucher can be offered to ITIL v3 certification holders only.

Both promotions were announced to run until end of year but have now been extended until 31st March 2025.

Can we sell Official eLearning for products we are not accredited for?

Under the current rules, if you are accredited for one certification within a Product Portfolio then you are able to sell eLearning for all certifications within that same Product Portfolio.

For example, if you are accredited for ITIL Foundation but not yet any of the ITIL 4 higher-level certifications, you may sell the Official eLearning for these certifications.

Where are we on ITIL4 Overview and ITIL4 Awareness?

The ITIL video series is now available on our YouTube channel.

The ITIL Overview will be piloted with a small selection of partners in Q4.

Are you planning an Agile Programme Management certification?

We do not have any plans in this area at the current time.

Do the ITIL promotions include all voucher types?

Yes, you can mix and match learner vouchers with eLearning and eLearning+ vouchers

For the ITIIL promotions do the vouchers have to be purchased for the same candidate?

Yes, to qualify for the offer the vouchers must be purchased at the same time and for the same candidate.

Is the ITIL v3 promotion available B2C?

The ITIL v3 promotion ( Free ITIL 4 Foundation voucher with ANY ITIL 4 higher-level purchase for ITIL v3 certification holders) is exclusive to partners.

Is the Take2 and Mock Exam a “one-off” for people signing up for PeopleCert Plus?

It is not a one off. As long as the learner has an active Membership then they are entitled for a Take 2 and Mock for every certification exam they are taking.

How does the future retirement of PeopleCert Scrum impact the validity of vouchers?

The retirement process has yet to be formalised. Our standard retirement notice is a minimum of minimum of 6 months before we retire the product. After that, we will still have a period of validity before the vouchers will expire. These dates are still being worked on and there will be further communication coming soon with more specific dates

When will the PRINCE2 7 Official Book in Dutch be available on Market Place?

We will be providing hard copy versions of the Official Book from our marketplace. We will confirm when Marketplace has stock in place for ordering.

Will there be further ITIL 4 Official Training Materials translations?

These are not on the 2024 roadmap. We will review the need for further OTMs translations in 2025.

Will the 5% adjustment be for everything?

The 5% adjustment will be applied across all products and services.

What is the Playbook mentioned as part of the new membership content?

New pricelists by region and country for 2025 will be fully available in the partners area a minimum of 1 month before go-live.

Are partners permitted to run their own Overview courses?

No.

As per the accreditation guide, partners can only market and advertise accredited training courses, together with the respective exam, i.e., as a “combination of training and exam”. The Overview material being developed by PeopleCert will be tailorable to the needs of your clients but you will not be able to develop your own course.

Accredited organizations are permitted, however, to promote “awareness-level” courses under the following conditions. The awareness-level courses must:

Be non-commercial
Be of short duration (less than 90 minutes)
Provide a shallow overview of the key concepts of the products or a deeper overview of one element or concept (covering less than 15% of the syllabus)

When will you be updating P3O?

We are aware the product is old and requires revision accordingly. We will notify our partners when we are ready to share more on the plans around this.

Can we have the agenda meet-up in advance?

A high level agenda is shared with the invitation, we will review whether more detail on the topics to be covered can be included in this agenda.

Will PeopleCert course materials such as syllabi and Official Books be rebranded?

Yes, we will be completing a gradual rebrand of all of our assets. However, it is important to note that for sustainability reasons we will not be destroying stock of Official Books or other printed content assets.

How does certification renewal work for trainers?

The main three renewal routes are, of course, available to trainers:

• Collect and log CPD points as an active PeopleCert Plus member
• Take further courses and certifications
• Retake the same exam again

In addition to this the trainer renewal route uses voucher purchase data as a measure of course delivery. If a trainer is allocated 16 or more vouchers in a year for one certification, it will fulfill the delivery requirement for that certification (we're estimating an average of 8 attendees per course, hence 16 vouchers equate to two courses). Fulfilling this yearly delivery prerequisite will extend the renewal date by one year from the current date.

At the end of June 2023 the team ran a report for 2022 vouchers and extended the certifications of qualifying trainers by 1 year from their current renew by date. For future years the report will be run by end of January for the previous year (so the report was run at the end of January 2024 for the year 2023).

Do I need to provide a certificate of attendance after watching a webinar to qualify for CPD points?

You do not need to provide a certificate of attendance for events or webinars for them to be eligible to be counted as CPD.

Is it possible to remove the credit card input when membership vouchers are used?

No, it is not possible to remove the requirement for credit card details to be added when registering for PeopleCert+ membership.

Is it possible to merge accounts?

Yes, this is possible - our customer services team (customerservice@peoplecert.org) can assist with such cases.

What is the difference between eLearning and eLearning+?

The difference between the two voucher types are the different elements that are bundled together. The eLearning+ package is an enhanced bundle which is perfect for learners that wish to have the additional security of mock exams and Take2.

Can we sell PeopleCert eLearning for products we are not accredited for?

Under the current rules, you are able to sell eLearning for the modules within the product families for which you are currently accredited. For example, if you are accredited for ITIL Foundation but not yet any of the upper levels, you may sell the eLearning versions.

Can I use the partner growth fund to promote membership?

Yes, absolutely. Please discuss your ideas with your business development representative.

Will you be localizing eLearning?

We do not have a confirmed roadmap for eLearning localization but will add this to our review list for consideration.

Will PeopleCert localize the Overview course? Will a global glossary be provided?

We will provide an updated localization roadmap at the next partners meet-up.

When will the new PRINCE2 Agile be available?

Our launch goal for PRINCE2 Agile is H1 2025.

Are you updating RESILIA content as part of the rebrand?

We do not have a confirmed update to RESILIA on the roadmap at the moment but we are moving it under the ITIL portfolio brand.

How can an ATO create an event that attracts CPDs for the attendees?

We are encouraging our ATOs to promote their value-adding events with CPD points badges.

We will be making these CPD badges available in the partners area accompanied by usage guidance from early September.

For example if you are running a one hour project management webinar you will be able to download the relevant PRINCE2 1 CPD badge and add it to your event promotions.

How long is free trainer membership for?

Trainers are entitled to a 1-year Free Membership as long they have the official trainer status. This will not be extended beyond 1 year.

Is membership sold per calendar year or from the date it is taken up?

A year's membership runs from the date it is taken up not per calendar year.

Are Take2 and Mock exams included within the Membership?

Yes, the inclusion of Take2 and Mock is on our roadmap for PC+ membership.

What is the cost of membership? And what are the ATO margins on this?

Pricing information is included in the partners FAQ document which can be found in the partners area.

As per the presented slide, membership is available at £65 for ATOs, 35% off the B2C price. Talk to your BDM for further discounts for orders larger than 100 Memberships.

Will I be able to sell the Overview courses as part of a promotional bundle for my B2C customers?

Our current plan for the Overview courses are for them to be available as in-house courses sold direct to enterprises only. You will not be able to bundle the Overview with other courses and sell B2C.

What is the Playbook mentioned as part of the new membership content?

A playbook is a new type of practical content designed to help and support practitioners. For example the DevOps Journey helps professionals to understand why, how, and what needs to be done to initiate and drive a DevOps journey.

I am concerned about the difficulty and ambiguity of your exams. Please can you carry out a review?

The quality of our assessments is extremely important. We continuously monitor and assess each element and overall structure of our exam content to ensure that it consistently meets the designated quality and performance criteria, ensuring that every aspect of our assessments aligns with and performs within the desired standards. The assessment performance also goes to a per language level and comparative between English and Localized exam content.

What is the difference between Awareness and Overview courses?

Awarenesss courses are intented to be approximately 30 minutes of chunked video content focused on the key concepts and value of ITIL / PRINCE2 to encourage uptake. Access and use is intended to be free for all accredited partners

Overview courses (currently under review) are intended to be approximately 4 hours of instructor-led Official Training Materials with no exam. They are intended to be delivered as public or customised in-house courses, to promote how ITIL service management / PRINCE2 project management concepts can aid individuals and organizations.

What does "Under Review" mean for the ITIL Overview?

"Under Review" in relation to the ITIL4 and PRINCE2 7 Overview courses means that we are considering the approach to releasing these products to ensure that they do not impact the sales of other products.

Is the ITIL Overview expected to cover all of ITIL4?

Yes, the ITIL Overview is intended to include all of the ITIL4 certifications as well as an introduction to service management and the value of ITIL adoption.

For DOI DevOps certification is OTM included for B2C candidates?

For DOI DevOps certifications training materials are not included with B2C purchases made via the PeopleCert website.

What do partners have to do to start selling the elearning vouchers? Do you need to be accredited separately for this product or do partners automatically qualify if they are already ATOs ?

No, you do not need to be accredited separately. If you are already accredited for a module within the product portfolio, you are automatically eligible to purchase the vouchers.

Will there be eLearning format for other certifications?

Yes, please refer to the roadmap in the partner meet-up slide deck for more information.

What is the price for eLearning?

Official eLearning pricing details are available in the partner pricelists.

Will eLearning be translated?

Our first focus for localization is the Official Book, Instructor-led Official Training Materials and the Exams assets. We will then review the demand for eLearning localisation and provide an updated roadmap.

Is it mandatory to register for the exam before undergoing the training?

All learners must register with PeopleCert. Vouchers must be redeemed before the start of, or on the first day of training at the latest.

Will the launch of the new Web-Based Exam Driver impact PeopleCerts approach to proctoring?

No, the introduction of the newWeb-Based Exam Driver does not change our approach to online proctoring which is critical for the secuirty and integrity of our exams.

Is the new Web-Based Exam Driver only available for new voucher purchases?

No, all vouchers will be elgible to use the new Web-Based Exam Driver according to the roll-out plan outlined at the partners meet-up.

When will the new Web-Based Exam Driver launch?

We are taking a phased approach to the launch of Web-Based Exam Driver as follows:

What can you share about your plans for Lean and Lean Six Sigma?

We do not have any immediate plans for Lean and Lean Six Sigma updates, but as always, we will keep our partners updated as we refine our roadmap for 2024.

It appears that being accredited for the whole portfolio may diminish the value of ATO expertise. How does this bring value to ATOs?

Accrediting a training partner to sell and promote an entire product line when they have one product accredited have the following advantages:

Increased Product Line Exposure: Allowing ATOs to promote and sell an entire product familiy, even with just one accredited product, can broaden their offerings. This means they can cater to a wider range of customer needs, potentially increasing their revenue streams.

Diversification of Training Offerings: ATOs can provide diverse training solutions, showcasing their expertise in multiple related products. This diversification can attract a more extensive customer base looking for comprehensive training solutions.

Stronger Customer Relationships: Offering a complete product line can help ATOs build stronger and more long-lasting relationships with customers. Customers who require training on multiple products may prefer working with a single provider for the sake of convenience.

Competitive Advantage: ATOs that offer a broader spectrum of accredited training can gain a competitive edge in the market. They can position themselves as a one-stop-shop for training needs related to the product line.

What is the release schedule for a new PRINCE2 Agile?

We are currently in the early research stages for PRINCE2 Agile. At this early stage we are uanble to confirm a timeline for release but as with PRINCE2 7 we will ensure we keep our partners informed as the development progresses.

Where can I find the new Web-Based Exam Driver instructions?

OLP guidelines for the Web Based Exam Driver can be found in the partner’s area under operational-manuals - candidate-guidelines.

As PeopleCert is selling ITIL exams on your website above Foundation direct to customers. Can we these customers training only, if they prove that they have bought the exam directly?

In the exceptional circumstance that a customer with a valid exam voucher requests you to fulfill the accredited training requirement then you are permitted to do so. However, you must establish that the exam voucher is valid and has been obtained through an appropriate channel.

With the new bundled pricing how will we purchase Take2 and resits?

Take2 can still be added to the voucher at the time of purchase.

Resits are only available for candidates who have purchased an exam voucher and failed the exam.

The difference is that a Resit is priced at the full exam price, whereas Take2 is an exam insurance at a small additional cost.

We need is a clear pricing comparison between your website price and partner price?

The new version of the price list will include recommended resale price for all products. This price point is aligned to the website price. In the meantime, if you have immediate questions about specific products, please contact customer services.

What are the requirements to become an ITIL4 Master?

ITIL4 Master is awarded to candidates who achieve the Practice Manager (PM), Managing Professional (MP), and Strategic Leader (SL) designations.

I have concerns regarding the quality of translation. Where should I share my feedback?

PeopleCert take the quality of our translations very seriously. If you would like to share any feedback on translations please email customerservice@peoplecert.org. Please include information about the product, asset and language you are referring to.

Is MOR being re-worked?

We are not planning for an update of the M_o_R4 official book and assessment content but as per the roadmap slide Official Training Materials will be released in March.

When will the new bundled price lists be available?

Updated price lists will be published in the Partner's Area over the course of the following days. For clarity, there will be no price difference with current prices.

Why are you bringing out translations when you are updating all PPM product content?

We are not planning for an update of all content as part of the rebrand work. It is a change at product brand level rather than a content update so we will continue with the translations as per the roadmap.

How do you expect partners to become accredited for so many Practice exams?

We have launched the Practice certifications to meet market demand for coverage of all of these ITIL4 Practices.

It is up to our partners to decide how many of these certifications to offer and how quickly but our instructor-led Official Training materials have been developed to enable faster adoption.

I did not see one of the certifications I offer in the new product taxonomy. Will they be retired?

The draft branding taxonomy shared at the partner meet-up is indicative and did not include our full product portfolio so please do not worry if you did not see a specific certification product included. We will share the full and final approach at a dedicated webinar.

What is the plan for the retirement of PRINCE2 5th and PRINCE2 6th exams?

The key dates for PRINCE2 5th and 6th retirement are as follows:

30 June 2024; last day to order vouchers for PRINCE2 5th and PRINCE2 6th | in ALL languages with no exceptions

1 July 2024; only PRINCE2 7 will be available for purchase | we ask for our partners’ support in promoting the latest and best version of PRINCE2

31 December 2024; last day to take PRINCE2 5th or PRINCE2 6th exams with no exceptions | this time is to allow candidates with existing vouchers to take their exams and should not be used to extend the window for selling PRINCE2 5th or PRINCE2 6th training

I need some clarification on the ITIL Master qualification. Is it sufficient to complete just one Practice Manager qualification in addition to the MP and SL?

ITIL4 Master will be awarded to candidates who achieve the Practice Manager (PM), Managing Professional (MP), and Strategic Leader (SL) designations. To be awarded the Practice Manager designation, a candidate must achieve ITIL MP CDS certificate and ANY five practice-based certifications, OR ITIL MP CDS certificate and any ONE of the pre-bundled courses. These may include the ITAM and BRM extension modules or any practices from the Practice Manager track.

When will the 1-day ITIL Overview be available?

The ITIL4 and PRINCE2 7 Overview courses are due for launch in Q4.

The prerequisites for PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner allow a candidate with a PRINCE2 certification to attend the course. However, the OTM is not included in the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner voucher. Is this being addressed?

OTM is included with the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner voucher.

Are there any plans to create sustainability guidance for PRINCE2 7, similar to the AI guidance?

Thank you for the suggestion, we have no immediate plans to create a PRINCE2 7 Practice guide but will add it to the backlog for review.

Where can we find the PRINCE2 7 AI Practice Guide?

The PRINCE2 7 AI Practice Guide is available exclusively on MyAxelos.

Yes, partners are free to set the price as they wish.

Yes, there is a plan for eLearning localisation. This is being worked on and we will share it with partners as soon as it is ready.

Individuals who have three ITIL designations - Practice Manager, Managing Professional, and Strategic Leader - should automatically receive the ITIL Master title. However, sometimes this process takes a few weeks. Will it be expedited or automated?

Thank you for your feedback. We are looking at automation to speed up the process of issuing the ITIL4 Master designation.

Is the ITIL Foundation not required as a prerequisite for AMCS & Sustainability, but is it required for the other two extension courses?

Yes this is correct. There are no certification pre-requisites for the ITIL Specialist: Acquiring & Managing Cloud Services and ITIL Specialist: Sustainability in Digital & IT modules. ITIL4 Foundation is required for the ITIL 4 Specialist: Business Relationship Management and ITIL 4 Specialist: IT Asset Management modules.

I would also like to inquire about the new forms for ITIL4 and PRINCE2 Foundation courses. What is the distinction between Overview and Awareness courses? What benefits does the candidate gain from taking these courses?

Both course types are designed as introductory courses which should ultimately create demand and drive adoption of our best practice. The Awareness courses are a series of short videos that introduce service management and project management and the value that ITIL and PRINCE2 can bring.

The Overview courses are Official Training Material for a 4-hour course without an exam. They cover the essentials of ITIL or PRINCE2 and provide a great first step into understanding the individual and business benefits these best practices can deliver. Partner customisation will be permitted.

Can you please provide clarification on the DevOps proposals for 2024? This includes details on exams, languages, canvas, pricing. We are awaiting an official communication on this topic to effectively plan our 2024 marketing and sales.

The 31st December 2023 is the last voucher sales of PC DevOps Products. We then move exclusively to DevOps Institute DevOps products from the 1st January 2024. Training materials for our DevOps Institute DevOps products will continue to be available on Canvas as per current practice.

We are currently refining our 2024 roadmap, including translations for DevOps certifications. Expect further announcements shortly.

PeopleCert DevOps is set to be withdrawn on 31/12/2023. If we have ordered vouchers with 12 months of validity, will they remain valid after 31/12?

Candidates with active PeopleCert DevOps exam vouchers are encouraged to complete their exam by December 31, 2023. In cases where additional time may be needed, PeopleCert will provide a grace period of up until January 31st, 2024.

When will the price list for eLearning courses be published?

We are currently working on getting all the necessary elements for Official eLearning ready for launch. This includes the partner price list, which will be shared before 14th November. Meanwhile, partners should be able to refer to the prices quoted in the partner deck. We will have the same price for our Foundation products.

The presentation showed what the different elements of the bundles comprised. eLearning comes with access to the Official eBook and the exam. eLearning is suitable for learners who prefer to study at their own pace but require engagement in the form of an interactive eLearning experience. eLearning+: Comprises everything from the eLearning bundle and adds the following elements: Take2, Official Mock Exam, and the OTMs Learner Kit. This bundle is most suited to learners who prefer to study at their own pace but require engagement in the form of an interactive eLearning experience. These learners also seek the reassurance of exam success provided by the Mock Exam and Take2 offerings. Learners also benefit from downloadable assets to help with offline revision. This means that if they take longer than 6 months to complete their exam, they still have materials to review and prepare with.

However, due to the introduction of exciting new content areas, as well as changes to terminology, individuals certified in PRINCE2 6th Edition would still benefit from beginning at the PRINCE2® 7 Foundation level. This would allow them to refresh their knowledge of the method and familiarise themselves with exciting new topics in PRINCE2, such as people management, digital transformation, and data management.

What happens to open exam vouchers when their associated version is retired?

The validity of an exam voucher depends on the availability of the examination, so vouchers can only be used until the exam is retired.

Can trainers get their own copy of ebooks on their bookshelf - as opposed to the watermarked copy available in the Partners Area?

How is it feasible to introduce a new ITIL Master if not all Practice Manager modules have been released?

The new ITIL 4 Master certification does not require the completion of all Practice Manager modules. ITIL4 Master is awarded to those who achieve the Practice Manager (PM), Managing Professional (MP), and Strategic Leader (SL) designations.

To attain the Practice Manager designation, candidates must obtain the ITIL MP CDS certificate and EITHER any five practice-based certifications OR the ITIL MP CDS certificate along with any ONE of the pre-bundled courses.

Are trainers required to retake the exams to continue teaching?

Yes. To deliver PRINCE2® 7 training, PRINCE2® 7 certification is required.

Yes, it is an interactive learning experience, aimed at providing learners opportunities to practice and check their knowledge throughout the course so that they can build confidence before they sit the exam.

Will there be guidance and information provided on the new process for browser-based exams?

Yes, PeopleCert will provide candidate guidelines to include the new process through Web Based Exam Shield.

Do trainers need to complete all five practices of one bundle to teach that bundle, or are they only required to teach the practices that have exams associated with them?

To deliver the ITIL 4 Specialist: Monitor, Support and Fulfil or the ITIL 4 Specialist: Plan, Implement and Control training, a trainer must:
EITHER hold the relevant certificate with a pass mark of 51 out of 60 marks;

If candidates hold multiple ITIL certificates that are set to "expire" on June 30, but they are unable to take a course until mid-July, will all their ITIL certificates be renewed for three years once they obtain the new certification, or will they need to retake all the certifications?

Certifications that have passed their renew-by dates will still be accepted as prerequisites to take further certifications.

Will the eLearning be included as part of the voucher, similar to the inclusion of PeopleCert OTM in AEO exam vouchers? Additionally, if eLearning is added, can we expect another price increase?

Vouchers will be bundled with either OTMs or eLearing options, but not both. eLearning pricing will be announced in due time.

Is there a possibility of making the paper-based exam available to all ATOs instead of limiting it to only certain ones?

What are the differences in value between the current ITIL Master certification and the new ITIL Master certification? In the current ITIL Master certification, a master thesis with a defense was a prerequisite.

The routes to ITILv3 Master and ITIL4 Master are different with the ITIL 4 Master awarded to candidates who achieve the Practice Manager (PM), Managing Professional (MP), and Strategic Leader (SL) designations without the need for further assessment. We continue to support and recognise the ITIL v3 Master alongside the new ITIL 4 Master. We recognise these two ITIL Master designations as equally important and recognise all ITIL Masters regardless of the version.

Is it mandatory to purchase an Axelos Membership for three years in order to log CPD points? If a candidate logs sufficient CPD points within a one-month complementary Axelos membership period, would they still be required to purchase the Axelos membership?

CPD logging is available exclusively for MyAxelos members. For each Product Suite, you need to submit at least 20 CPD points each year, across different CPD categories, for 3 years consecutively. Therefore, it is not possible to meet the requirement within a one-month membership period.

Is it necessary for ATOs to obtain accreditation for the new ITIL 4 module, Monitor, Fulfill, and Support? How can trainers acquire accreditation for this? Moreover, are there OTMs and other training materials available for this newly introduced ITIL module?

Yes, accreditation is required to deliver any of the new ITIL4 Practice certifications. Detailed information about the approval process and minimum product-specific requirements are provided in the “Approval Guide for Trainers”. Monitor, Support and Fulfil is a three-day training course covering 5 practices (Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management and Monitoring and Event Management) with a single- exam. Each practice can also be taken as a single- day course with a short, focused exam.

How will it work with booking exams for those whose certification has expired? Is it possible to book it without an e-book and without PeopleCert Official Training Materials?

Are the PDFs of the ITIL4 guiding practices going to be significantly updated? If yes, when?

We are currently updating the first batch of ITIL4 practice guides (Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management and Monitoring & Event Management), the updated guides will be released at the same time as the new ITIL4 Practice Certifications.

What is a practice guide?

The ITIL 4 practices are a set of organizational resources designed for performing work or accomplishing an objective. There are 34 practices. Each practice guide provides structured information about one ITIL practice. They are currently available in our MyAxelos membership platform guides.

How can the ITIL Overview Course be an official qualification when there is no exam?

The ITIL Overview Course is a flexible and adaptable official training course, for candidates interested in gaining an overview of ITIL 4. It does not come with an exam requirement as the purpose is not certification but awareness on how to address key questions around ITIL 4 concepts. It is a course developed in response to partner feedback and aims to introduce ITIL 4 to new audiences.

Can we already share the information regarding the ITIL 4 courses with our customers?

Information around ITIL 4 new courses is not confidential so you can communicate upcoming launches with your customers.

Will PRINCE2 Practitioner be changed into PRINCE2 Project Manager?

For PRINCE 2 7th Edition, in response to customer and partner feedback, we are reviewing a possible name change from PRINCE2 Practitioner to PRINCE2 Project Manager. We will confirm any changes with partners in due course.

Is the PRINCE2 6th Edition Practitioner accreditation going to be replaced by the PRINCE2 7th Edition Project Manager accreditation?

PRINCE2 7th Edition will not immediately replace PRINCE2 6th Edition. All PRINCE2 6th Edition certifications will be phased out over time, with sufficient notice and communication to partners.

Will there be a Dutch translation?

While a PRINCE2 or ITIL Dutch translation is not currently in the works, PeopleCert might consider Dutch versions in the future.

Will the 34 ITIL4 practice guides also be translated into other languages?

Our translations roadmap will be communicated in due time.

Is it required to be an ITIL Practice Manager in order to become an ITIL Master?

ITIL4 Master will be awarded to candidates who achieve the Practice Manager (PM), Managing Professional (MP) and Strategic Leader (SL) designations.

Could a participant have access to the original English version of the official book and its translation (e.g., into Polish) at the same time? Is there an additional charge for this? Is it at all possible to have access to two different language versions of the book with one voucher?

Candidates can choose the language for their ebook and exam when buying their voucher. Additional language versions can be purchased separately through PASSPORT.

How is PRINCE2 (7th ed.) going to impact PRINCE2 Agile 6th Edition?

Once updated, new versions of the ITIL Practice Guides will be made available on MyAxelos and the partner portal.

When will we have visibility of the new PRINCE2 material?

We are currently planning partner webinars for PRINCE2 7th Edition. When more information becomes available, it will be shared with Partners.

Is the Practice Manager part of the ITIL extension module?

No, ITIl Practice Manager is a new designation that is not part of the ITIL extension modules.

Will the Official Training Materials for ITIL 4 be bundled with the core guidance and exam voucher?

Yes, the Official Training Materials will be bundled with the core guidance in the exam voucher.

How can you get early access to training material?

Official Training Materials will be available in the Partner's Area shortly, and webinars will follow to offer guidance on how to make the most of it.

For ATOs that already have their own accredited PRINCE2 materials, will they still be charged for PeopleCert's materials?

If Foundation or Practitioner-certified candidates do not update their certification in the coming 6 months, will they be able to take the Practitioner exam in 2024 without having to sit for PRINCE2 Foundation?

Yes, certificates that have passed their renew by dates will still be accepted as prerequisites for further certifications.

Any ATO can apply to provide classroom-based exams, and our team will review and decide. ATOs need to provide their reasons for applying for classroom-based exams.

Will the OTM be solely online, or will it be a physical book?

PeopleCert OTMs will be available in physical book form, at a supplementary fee.

Can partners request training on the partner dashboard?

Although presentations will take place, you can always reach out to your Business Development Manager that will be able to help you with every inquiry.

For ITIL, which has a lot of individual courses, will renewal be based on qualifications or exams taken?

We are keeping the new renewal approach as open and flexible as possible, so taking one single day ITIL4 Practice certification will renew other certifications in the ITIL4 product suite.

What is the cost of a resit voucher for the renewal?

We are not issuing a separate renewal voucher so please refer to the 2023 pricelist for standard voucher pricing.

Now that the recertification has been introduced, will the ITIL 4 Transition be made available again?

No, the ITIL4 Managing Professional Transition module will not be reintroduced.

There is no information about AgileSHIFT - what is the plan for this product please?

There are no current plans for AgileSHIFT on our product roadmap.

Will the trainers have to pass the exam for the 7th Edition to deliver the training?

Yes, all trainers will need to be accredited to deliver training for Prince2 7th Edition.

Will the ITIL Master designation be affected by the three-year expiry?

Renewal every three years will be implemented across our Business & IT portfolio.

With the new certification renewal scheme, if I have several certifications within one product suite, can I renew them by taking one exam within the product suite, or do I have to retake every exam?

The PRINCE2 Overview Course provides an easy entrance to the world of Project Management, focusing on its value and purpose and addressing key questions using PRINCE2 concepts. Although it is not considered a prerequisite for the PRINCE2 Foundation course, it acts as an introduction to the framework and complements it.

How does the PRINCE2 Overview course count toward the certification path?

How will the practice exams compare with DSV, etc.? Do they count as a higher level exam so that someone could take a practice exam and renew their DSV, HVIT, etc. certification?

What are CPD Points in the MyAxelos portal?

From March 2023, a third renewal path will be available: You will be able to choose to renew your certification through collecting and logging Continuing Professional Development points. More details on this path will follow soon.

Must trainers upskill themselves in order to train the practices?

Trainer requirements for the new ITIL4 Practice certifcations will be released in due course.

Can we avoid partnership badge colours and categories on the PeoplCert website to avoid discrimination?

ATOs badge colours will soon be displayed on the "Find Accredited Training" of the PeopleCert website. Purpose of the badges is to assist candidates in finding an ATO that suits their needs for holistic training and not to indicate any discrimination.

When will the road map for the different languages of PRINCE2 7th Edition be released?

More information on the PRINCE2 7th Edition localisation roadmap will follow in due time.

Is there a plan for localisation in Arabic?

While Arabic localisations are not currently in the works, PeopleCert might consider Arabic versions in the future.

How well has PRINCE2 been accepted in the United States? What marketing/sales campaign efforts will PeopleCert support in the region for the ATOs?

US was part of our Global Media Plan in Q4 2022 and will be even more reinforced in the next wave. Our Partner's Growth Fund will remain available for our US ATOs and a Go To Market strategy for the US will be implemented that will include digital campaigns, events and other activities.

Can you clarify, do we still refer to the framework as ITIL4, ITIL v4 or just ITIL?

The current Edition of the framework is still refered to as ITIL4.

What is the difference between ITAM and Relationship Management Certifications (one-day training) and the ITIL Extension Module ITAM and Business Relationship Management?

The depth and level of detail will vary depending on the length of the course. There is also a difference in focus between Business Relationship Management and Relationship Management.

The status and names of these modules does not change in the updated qualificarion scheme.

Is the IT Practice Manager syllabus available? Is there a Train the Trainer scheduled?

Practice Manager is a designation, so it does not have a syllabus. We are working on the syllabi for the new ITIL4 Practice certifications and further information will be shared with partners shortly.

What is the timeline for the discontinuation of the PRINCE2 6th and 5th Editions?

The timeline for the discontinuation of PRINCE2 5th and 6th Editions is not available yet. More information will follow in a timely manner, closer to any future discontinuation date.

What is the difference between the Business Relationship Management course and the Relationship Management Practice?

Business Relationship Management is a three day course, it is primarily focused on service relationships between organizations, explored and managed from the service provider’s perspective. The Relationship Management practice is wider in scope and more universal, which includes other types of relationship and relationship management.

Will we receive security posture documentation for the Canvas LMS?

More information on the new PeopleCert LMS, powered by Canvas, will follow closer to launch.

When are we going to receive information about annual IP fees and accreditation fees?

Information on annual accreditation fees has already been shared with Partners since late 2022. Please reach out to your Business Development Managers for more information.

What is the delivery schedule for the new ITIL4 courses that has been presented in the Partners Meetup?

We are still working on these materials and cannot provide a specific date at this point. As per the presentation we are currently targetting an H1 launch for batch 1 and an H2 launch for batches 2 and 3.

Will CPDs for accredited trainers automatically be registered by PeopleCert or is there any action our trainers need to take (other than fulfilling the 2-course yearly delivery requirement)?

We are currently making some refinements to the trainer renewal process to ensure minimal adminstrative burden for our trainers. An update will follow shortly but the expectation is that this will not require further input from partners.

Are there any plans to develop formal partnerships with universities?

PeopleCert is a widely recognized organization and certification body as many universtities around the world officially accept its language certifications. This is a highly valued relationship and efforts are taking place to introduce additional certifications from the Bussines&IT sector.

Are Scrum Master and Product Owner going to be discontinued?

Our Scrum certifications will remain active for the forseeable future.

When will the official training materials be available on Peoplecert LMS?

When will the new ITIL "graphic" including the new tracks/products be available to the public?

We are making some refinements following partner feedback. The updated diagram will be made available prior to the release of the first batch of ITIL4 Practice certifications.

If a student's CPD status is "not current", will this prevent them from taking an advanced course (e.g. ITIL 4 Foundation prerequisite for ITIL 4 CDS training)?

Certificates that have passed their renew by dates will still be accepted as prerequisites for further certifications.

Why did PeopleCert reverse their decision to go OLP only?

PeopleCert always listens closely to its ecosystem, so after having reviewed the feedback, we decided that exceptions may exist that need to be addressed. This is not a reversed decision, it is an expanded facilitation that - under specific circumstances - may accommodate our partners better.

Why aren’t standalone pdf books available for purchase without the exam voucher?

Candidates can purchase the ebook without the need to purchase an exam voucher.

Is PeopleCert ready to launch training materials in Canvas with limited testing?

What is the review process in place for the eBooks?

eBooks content is reviewed on a regular basis and there is an optimisation roadmap in place.

What is your approach to organisations who will choose to move to internal trainings without certification?

Our policy remains the same, all training comes with a mandatory PeopleCert certification.

Are there any changes to the content or exam objectives with the release of official materials?

The core base of the material will not be altered, however content optimisations may take place, as well as in the terms of the user experience through the new LMS platform.

Why is the Official Training Material not an optional item for ATOs?

The PeopleCert official training material will facilitate the learners to better prepare for their exam in a consistent and fair manner across all regions.

Can candidates self study with the official training material or will it be available only through ATOs

The material announced is Instructor Led Training (ILT) and not self-paced. We are reviewing self-paced options, but no announcements at this time.

Can we use LMS materials instead of the eBook?

The eBook continues to be the official core guidance and will now be complemeted with the Official Training Material to be offered through the LMS platform.

Can you please provide more information on how classroom exams will be managed? Will the trainer still invigilate?

More details will follow later this year.

For candidates booking an exam directly through PeopleCert, will there also be a training material fee?

Yes, candidates booking directly with PeopleCert will receive the complete voucher, as they would if they booked through an ATO.

Have you considered rolling out the courseware starting from the new products?

We feel that launching training materials is the right course of action and according to our best ITIL practice you should start from where you are which are the three products that will be launched in April 2023.

If an ATO chooses to use their own material, would they still have to pay the cost for the PeopleCert training material?

Yes, all partners will be charged but it is not mandatory to use it. The English training content will give the ATOs the ability to translate it into preferred language, so partners can still profit by using it as a reference.

What is the timeline of availability for official material in languages other than English?

As shared in our most recent Partners Meetup, we aim to publish a roadmap soon. The Partners Meetup presentation already includes a detailed roadmap regarding the eBooks and exams.

When will there be a formal announcement about the 22 Q4 policy changes available to partners?

The official presentation with the formal announcements have already been shared in the Partners Area. A series of follow up communications will also be released to support with further announcements.

Why are learners made to buy the official training material, which only makes sense for classroom training, in addition to the manual?

The PeopleCert official training material will faciliate the learners to better prepare for their exam in a consistent and fair manner across all regions.Also, many ATOs already give their candidates copies of courseware, so this is following current best practice.

Will the courseware accreditation fee be applicable only if the ATO choose to use own material?

Yes.

Will the new ITIL extension modules come with official training material?

Yes.

Will there be an option to modulise the training material via the LMS?

The new LMS platform for the official training material will have several customisation features, a detailed presentation will follow soon.

Will there be Official Training Material for eLearning?

We are currently still evaluating the self-paced training option. However, we want to grow together with our partners, so even if an e-learning option is developed down the line, this will be in collaboration with our partners. In the meantime, your students will have access to the training content and benefit from it as it adds value to both partners and end users.What PeopleCert offers is in line with market practice. Of course, we will take into consideration all feedback. We are a partner-focused organisation and it is important to be transparent.

Will tutor support and ATO-authoured courses, e.g. e-learning, count towards recertification?

Yes, full details will be released soon.

Are there any expected changes to the ATO, Affiliate and Reseller program in 2023?

We have no plans to make any changes, but we will continue to keep these programmes under review.

Can unused OLP fees be rebated?

OLP fees are part of the voucher and we expect the candidate to have access to the OLP via that voucher. We will not be rebating any unused.

If we place 10% forward orders before the price increase in 2023 how will this affect the 2023 growth programme? Does it count top 2022 or 2023?

Any orders placed in 2022 will count towards that year and not 2023.

Is there a price increase expected for Take2?

There will be a percentage increase to Take2 prices by region, similar to the other PeopleCert products. The full 2023 Pricelist will soon be available in the Partners Area.

What is the process of reaching out to participate in the growth fund?

All ATOs can reach out to their BDM directly to discuss co-funding marketing and growth activities. We are very much looking forward to hearing from you.

When will the price increase take effect? Does this depend on the availability of additional courseware?

The new pricing increase will take effect on 1 January 2023.

Why is New Zealand not being moved to region 2 for AU $ pricing?

Pricing is set by the currencies that apply in the market. ATO is New Zealand are invoiced in AUS $.

Have any decisions been made regarding the ITIL Master and Expert certification levels?

The ITIL Master will also be part of the ITIL qualification scheme in the future. The exact design is still being revised.

How will you manage the 10% pre purchase? Will learners potentially be impacted?

No learners will be impacted. We will not automate this process but will review with each partner if limit is exceeded.

Is there a ITIL v3 Japanese retirement plan?

We have no fixed date to retire v3 in Japanese, but we continue to keep it under review.

What are the trainer requirements expected for Practice Manager courses?

This has not been finalised yet, but the trainer requirements will be similar to the existing requirements for MP courses.

When will the ITIL Foundation sample papers be updated to reflect the actual exam questions?

All sample papers are subject to a continuous improvement process. The ITIL Foundation sample papers are currently under review. An update date has not been set yet.

Are there plans to re-energise ITIL Cloud and ITIL Sustainability?

Concrete product marketing actions are planned to increase the demand and to re-energise these two modules. More information will follow.

Can candidates renew their certification at any ATO?

Yes, candidates may reach out to any ATO to renew their certification.

Do PeopleCert certifications get renewed simply by obtaining any other PeopleCert certification? For example, can someone certified with ITIL 4 Foundation renew their ITIL certification by obtaining a PRINCE2 certification?

To renew a certification, the learner will have options within the same product suite, so an ITIL certification cannot be renewed by obtaining a PRINCE2 one. Additional information on the whole renewal process, including guidance for communicating with candidates, will be shared with all the partners shortly.

Is PRINCE2 Foundation included in the 3-year recertification scheme?

Yes, starting 1 January 2023, all global best practice frameworks are included in the Certification Renewal scheme.

When can we start providing this information to our Sales team?

You can provide all details announced during our Partners Meetup to your teams. The presentation has already been uploaded in the Partners Area.

Can an ATO that is currently in a framework agreement choose not to offer additional products, which were not part of the portfolio of the agreement, to their customers?

No, these changes will apply from the dates announced. However, we continue to listen and accommodate changes based on your business needs on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out to your BDM to discuss specific issues you may have.

What is meant by 'content breaches' in exams?

A 'content breach' in the context of exams is the illicit (i.e. without permisison) sharing or reproduction of exam content (questions, scenarios, answers, etc) anywhere outside of the official exam environment.

Can posts/news/articles be translated and republished by ATOs? This would help us to engage with potential customers and users?

As long as candidates and third-party contributors aren't involved, yes. This also depends on the republished content being free to access and not being charged for. PeopleCert should also be recognised as the property/IP owner in the published content. Please engage with your Business Development Manager.

Is it true that the pass rates (at least for ITIL® 4 Foundation) have significantly dropped in 2022 (more than 5%) and is this is being investigated to check whether it's due to the online-only exams or another reason?

As part of our commitment to quality we continually monitor a number of key assessment performance indicators including pass rates across all languages. At this moment we do not have any significant concerns regarding the performance of the ITIL® 4 Foundation assessment.

Can the new customer journey be shared with ATOs so we can advise candidates correctly on how to prepare?

What is going to happen with Consulting Partners?

Will the purchase of courseware be mandatory for all products?

As we announced during our Partners' Meetup presentation (published on the partner portal), we are still reviewing training material so no announcements to make at this time.

We keep all assessment routes under review but there are no direct plans at the moment.

Is there any further clarification around when P3O certifications will be updated?

No scheduled update has been announced so far, but we will keep this under review.

How will the certification renewal bring business opportunities towards ATOs?

In our last Partners' Meetup presentation (published on the Partners' Portal), we believe that the certification renewal will bring further commercial opportunities as we develop the scheme further in H2 2022. Please refer to the presentation slides for further information.

When will ITIL v3 Foundation/Intermediate and ITIL® 4 MPT in Japanese be discontinued?

A retirement date for the ITIL® 4 Managing Professional Transition module in Japanese has not been confirmed. As soon as a decision is made we will ensure that it is communicated to all relevant partners with adequate notice.

I recently submitted a comment regarding PeopleCert's service and have not yet received a response.

While we are unable to respond to every individual comment, you can be rest assured that we review, consider, and where possible implement all feedback that is sent through and appreciate all our Partners' input.

For now only ATOs and candidates can purchase books. Is there a plan to change this in the future so organisations or individuals can purchase books without an exam voucher?

We are currently working on this consideration and will provide an update to our partners before the end of this year.

Are there geographical restrictions on where you can sell exam vouchers?

Yes, there are geographical restrictions - Region 1 vouchers can be used across any region, Region 2 vouchers can be used in Regions 2 & 3, while Region 3 vouchers can be used in Region 3 only. Please contact your Business Development Manager for any further information.

Should a partner-discount not be based on volume rather than growth?

We feel that the discount programme represents a good measure for our current plans around growth in our portfolio. As such, the programme will continue to evolve in the future and measures will also be amended accordingly.

Do you expect that the 10% growth can be maintained year over year in a mature market?

Overall, we have achieved +17% growth H1, so we remain confident in our projections.

Will organisations working in smaller markets be able to benefit from the new Partner Programme in the same way as those working within larger markets?

We appreciate that a move to tiered badges rather than just the one badge will mean a change, and not all partners will be Platinum-tiered, but there are many features of the Partner Programme that do reward loyalty from our smaller ATOs. We will continue to value your feedback and to work with you about how we can improve the programme in the future.

We do not want to display the bronze badge to our customers, as this could be seen to imply that our training is of less quality when in fact it is only a reflection of lower sales volume which can be expected from a smaller organisation. How can we avoid this misunderstanding?

We appreciate that the tiered badges system based on sales volumes that vary between markets may be miscontrued as a marker of the quality of an individual ATO's services. However, the use of the badge is purely optional so you do not need to display it unless you wish to.

Would you consider making the ITIL® 4 Foundation exam easier?

We continually monitor the performance of all of our assessments and make evidence based adjustments as needed. There is no compelling evidence to suggest that the current standard of the ITIL® 4 Foundation exam is not appropriate for the cohort.

Is there any plan to have INR billing for India? India is impacted a lot by the USD due to currency fluctuation.

As we outlined in the presentation held during the last Partners' Meetup (published on the Partners' Portal), we do not at this time have any plan to invoice our partners in localised currencies. We will only invoice the currencies announced.

Will PeopleCert continue to maintain the Axelos brand (not business)?

Will there be Portuguese translations? (Not Brazilian Portuguese)

There are no current plans for translating into Portuguese, however we will reasses this if there is great demand.

Will PRINCE2® and PRINCE2® Agile be translated into Czech, Slovak and Hungarian?

We are not currently prioritising translations in Czech, Slovak and Hungarian.

Will the ITIL® 4 Practice Guides be translated into German? Is there a roadmap available?

Our roadmap is currently focusing on the translation of the examinations and official books for the best practice portfolio. The ITIL® 4 Practice Guides translation is on our potential future task list.

Is there a plan to revisit and correct prior translations? Eg. PRINCE2® manual in Danish?

Can you confirm that existing trainers in our segment of the scheme have access to free examinations to cross-certify in other disciplines?

We offer free vouchers to trainers in order to support them with new accreditations. Please ask your BDA/BDM to issue a voucher for you.

Do you plan to offer exams without a book?

Exams are only offered without a book when current exceptions apply.

Does the new Partner Programme include ITIL® v3 Foundation\Intermediate exam?

The new Partner Programme only includes ITIL® v3 Foundation and Intermidiate exams if they are still available in your language. The ITIL® v3 Foundation and Intermediate exams in English are being discontinued.

I have a bit of trouble to find the exact and correct number of exams sold in Passport. Knowing where you stand as an ATO becomes more important with this Partner Programme. Are there any issues with this reporting function or am I using it in the wrong way?

We are working on a new dashboard to allow partners to better track their results. In the meantime, please contact your Business Development Manager who will facilitate any enquiries.

How can partners use partner growth funds in the new Partner Programme?

Is it correct that bronze still gets no discount, and silver (5%) requires double the number of exams at minimum (from 125 to 250)?

Can you please explain again how the Partner Programme will be calculated?

The Partner Programme will be calculated based on your results at the end of H2 2022.

If a participant takes a Strategist or Specialist course, do they also need to recertify at Foundation level?

Will higher level certificates renew lower level ones?

Does the ITIL® Foundation Mock Test consist of the same questions as the two official sample papers we use during training?

No, there are new questions for the Mock Tests.

Will all the certificates will have a 3-year expiry?

Foundation Certificates have no expiry date right now, will this remain for candidates sitting the Foundation exam before the new scheme launch?

Yes, the certificates issued to candidates between now and the introduction of the new and consistent certification renewal date will not be issued with expiry dates.

Will certification renewal along the same timelines as the product version refreshes be considered?

We are currently looking at the cadence of product updates from a variety of perspectives including certification renewal.

Is the Mock Test also available in the Partners Area as a PDF?

No, Mock Tests can only be purchased.

Where can we pass on feedback or suggestions for certification renewal?

We are currently refining the approach we will take as we outlined in our Partners' Meetup presentation (published on the Partner Portal). One of the routes for certification renewal will be the collecting and logging of continued professional development points. We have created a form for your feedback.

Does the trainer have access to score reports of Mock Test?

No, Trainers do not have access to score reports of Mock Tests.

Does the ITIL Foundation Mock Test consist of the same questions as the two official sample papers we use during training?

The questions appearing in the two official sample papers used for training, and the Mock test are completely different set of questions.

Could candidates experience technical difficulties with the Exam Shield during the Mock Test?

Exam Shield is not used for Mock Exams, candidates sitting Mock Tests are presented directly with the Questions/Test Driver - and so they will not experience any Exam Shield related technical difficulties when sitting their Mock Test.

Is the Mock Test also available in the Partners Area as a PDF?

Mock Tests are only available through PeopleCert’s e-shop for candidates and through Passport for ATOs.

Rebranding FAQs

When do I need to complete all rebrand activities, including website updates and email signatures?

Please complete all rebrand activities by January 31st. This includes updates to websites, email signatures, and other materials.

You can take a staggered approach to the rebrand before this date to suit your business needs.

Will accreditation now be at the Portfolio Brand level?

No, the rebranding does not affect the current accreditation structure. Accreditation will remain at the individual certification level.

Once accredited for any PeopleCert product, ATOs are authorized to promote and sell all products within that portfolio.This enables rapid market entry, supporting accredited ATOs in promoting products and accelerating sales immediately.

Partner badges will also be issued at Portfolio Brand level only.

Will you replace our stock of hard copy books?

There is no need for replacement as the content of the books remains unchanged.

Are the certification names changing?

The majority of certification names will not change. Any exceptions will be specifically noted.

When can I start my updates?

You may begin updating your materials whenever you are ready. We recommend coordinating closely with our support team for any specific guidance.

What will happen to third-party certifications managed by PeopleCert?

Our partnership with third party organisations remains strong, and all certifications will continue as planned with no disruptions.

How will you distinguish between the different certifications within the PRINCE2 portfolio?

Each certification will be clearly distinguished by its unique branding and descriptive nomenclature. For example, when discussing the individual PRINCE2 certification, refer to it as 'PRINCE2 Project Management'. For the entire range, use 'PRINCE2 portfolio'.

What will happen to the ProPath scheme?

The ProPath scheme is under review to ensure it aligns effectively with our portfolio.

Will candidates be able to regenerate their certificates to reflect the new branding?

No, but candidates will have the option to order hard copy certificates in the new certificate template.

Do I need to use the new PRINCE2 product brands?

While not mandatory, we encourage adopting the new PRINCE2 product brands to access new opportunities. However, you are not required to use the Product Brands if they do not align with the way you wish to position and promote your portfolio.

Do I need to change the names of my courses?

It is not necessary to change course names, but you may consider it to align with the new branding strategy and leverage from it.

Is RESILIA being updated to align with ITIL 4 practices?

Currently, there are no immediate plans to update RESILIA to align with ITIL 4 practices.

Is there a new logo for the portfolio and products?

Yes, updated logos are available. Please refer to the logo file for the latest designs.

Where does P3M3 fit into the Portfolio?

P3M3 is integrated within the PRINCE2 portfolio, aligning with our broader strategic framework.

How will learner digital badges be issued?

The issuance process for learner digital badges remains unchanged. For details, please refer to our digital badge policy.

Why is PeopleCert not prominently featured on the new certificates?

The new certificates are designed to align with the updated branding strategy which emphasizes the individual product brands. PeopleCert branding does exist but its not prominent.

Should I include references to Axelos in updated trademark statements and notices?

No, as you will see from the updated marks usage policy, references to Axelos are no longer required.

Will you be releasing new branded books? Will they replace existing ones?

Yes, we will update the branding on our Official Publications. However, existing books will not be replaced as their content remains valid.

I am concerned about merging MSP, MoR, etc., under one banner. Won't this confuse the marketplace?

By harmonizing these frameworks under a single banner, we aim to simplify our offerings and clarify their interconnections, enhancing their market presence. Currently, however, the certification names remain unchanged, allowing you to continue promoting your courses by their existing names if desired.

How can I get my updated accreditation badges?

Updated accreditation badges are available in the partner portal. For access or more information, please contact our partner support team.

Will you localise the new logos and product branding?

Currently, there are no plans to localise logos and branding, but we continue to evaluate market needs and may adjust our strategy accordingly.

Do we need to change our Trademarks and Notices?

Yes, please refer to the updated marks usage policy for guidelines on adjusting your trademarks and notices.

Why does the product brand not align with the overall corporate strategy?

As we update our products, alignment with the overall corporate strategy is a priority. We will review and adjust product branding accordingly to ensure coherence.

Do the course materials need to be re-approved due to the rebranding?

There is no requirement for re-approval by PeopleCert. Compliance with the new branding and marks usage will be included as part of audit acitivity from H2 2025.

Future Commercial Strategy & 2022 Pricing

What is the rationale behind the new 2022 Pricing Policy?

We reviewed our entire commercial model in a bid to remove competitive disadvantages, and create a more level playing field in what is now, an online global marketplace. Our intent is to remove some of the complexities and barriers to entry within our industry and make it easier and faster for training organisations to collaborate with a single supplier.

We have aligned regional pricing by adjusting FX and we have simplified the model by reducing the regions from 5 to 3. This way, unfair competition will be better addressed and we expect less discrepancy per region when offering certification solutions. We are also combining the exam and the core guidance in addition to the optional courseware, along with an online proctored exam as standard. This means that the overall price is increasing, but so too is the value of each complete solution purchase.

What are the criteria for making the most out of Volume Discounts?

The new Discount Scheme is modelled in a similar manner as the previous scheme. Customers need to achieve 10% growth versus last year’s exam volume. Year-on-year growth is calculated by comparing like-to-like, 6-month periods (January - June and July - December). A partner for example, will be eligible for the volume discount scheme in June 2022 if their sales volume for January to June 2022 are 10% higher than the January to June period in 2021. This target can be achieved through all Business and IT products in the portfolio and can be supported through marketing co-funding (upon request).

Why is PeopleCert reverting to online proctored exams only?

One of the most important benefits online proctored exams offers is improved exam content security. By going paperless, we support sustainability as a core value, and we standardise the candidate exam experience which safeguards the value of the exam.

There has been steep rise in the demand for online proctored exams versus paper-based ones (demand in UK and US reached 95%). While demand may have become more obvious due to Covid restrictions, (it seems to have since stabilised), the fact remains that the rising trend towards online exam delivery commenced prior to the pandemic.

Can I still order a paper exam?

As of 1 February 2022, our B&IT exams will not be offered in paper form. Exceptions will be available upon request.

Why is PeopleCert bundling the Official Core Guidance with exam bookings?

A bundled offering that includes the Core Guidance allows us to position the official book as a single point of reference for learners. This is a standard and universal practice in several forms of education (ie universities). We aim certified individuals to positively impact their company, team, role, responsibilities and their performance following their learning experience and having a substantial key guide for this is essential. Also, our alignment of a digital-first model for customers is a more sustainable approach to delivering PeopleCert services.

Can I still get a hard copy version of the core guidance?

Yes, from 1 January 2022 onwards, hard copy books will be available for purchase through PeopleCert, independent of the voucher.

Will Online Exams be localised?

There will be a significant investment in localisation as we appreciate the importance it has on optimising and standardising the customer experience. A specific localisation plan is being created and updates will be available shortly.

Will learners be able to sit for open book online exams?

Yes, learners will continue to be able to sit for the open book online exams according to our current policy.

What if my candidates are unable to download or run ExamShield because of their Antivirus or Firewall settings?

The online proctoring platform will be available through Microsoft Store. This means that there should not be any security restrictions that could affect the ExamShield experience as they will be downloading it from a widely trusted source. This is just a first step of many towards an improved and optimized ExamShield performance.

What will happen with existing stock of books after 1st of February?

Partners can use their stock of print books after the February 1^st date. As print books are an optional purchase, partners will be able to reorder through PeopleCert.

Will partners mark-up on books sales?

Yes, partners will have a margin on books and all other services, as they do already.

What is the process for purchasing a bundled exam and eBook offering?

ATOs proceed with purchasing the exam as they do today. The digital book/digital core guidance will become available to candidates when they enter their voucher on the PeopleCert platform. Candidates will not need to schedule their exam at the time of the voucher redemption (as is the case now). Candidates will have the option to schedule their exam at a later date, gaining access to their eBook in the meantime.

How will the physical, hard-copy book be delivered?

Initially, ordered hard-copy books will be shipped to an address of each ATO’s choosing for wholesale orders. We are looking into providing additional delivery options. Shipping costs will be presented to partners and candidates before order completion. More details will be provided shortly.

Do re-sit candidates have to pay for the book again?

An exam-only offer will be made available to re-sit candidates, so they don’t have to pay for the book again.

What additional software should be used with the new eBook provider?

There will be no additional software needed for online reading. Offline reading will require installation of a Desktop or Mobile reading application. Both options will always be available for all candidates.

Will candidates be able to print the digital book/digital core guidance?

The platform we have partnered with – VitalSource- is a global leader in e-publishing, who does offer a printing option for digital books. Candidates will be able to print up to 10 % of the digital book/digital core guidance only once, as per industry standard.

Will there be additional books bundled with upskill exams?

No, books will be bundled only with the standard exam. For example, for PRINCE2®, books will be bundled with the Foundation exam, and the same book will be used for the Practitioner exam. The book will be tied to the candidate’s account.

Can ATOs order bulk physical copies in advance?

Yes, bulk orders will be allowed, with UPS handling the shipping. There will be no advance notice required by PeopleCert for bulk orders.

Will books be available in all existing exam languages?

Yes - most popular exams and books have already been translated and the remaining ones will follow PeopleCert’s localisation plan, which means new languages will continue to be added in 2022. The database will soon be updated so that further information on which exams and books are available and in what languages will be made accessible.

What will happen with vouchers bought before 1st of February?

All vouchers bought until the end of January will remain valid for the designated period of 12 months, which can further be extended for a fee. Our partners can buy as many vouchers as they require at the current prices until the end of January and of course use them while they are still valid. Candidates who ordered an exam-only voucher prior to 1 February 2022 and want access to the eBook will be able to order it directly through their account.

If a candidate has taken a Foundation Exam prior to the Book mandate and will be taking the Practitioner Exam after the mandate, can they order an eBook?

Yes, candidates will be able to order an eBook through their Account.

Is there a possibility for a phase-out approach of paper-based exams in specific regions?

No. From 1 February 2022 onwards, all exams will be online, and we are not currently exploring region-wide exceptions to this policy. For candidates in specific regions who face disruptions with internet access, they will be able to continue their exam progress where they cut off, as has been the case for PeopleCert OLP exams until today. Exceptions however may be made for individual exam-takers, on a case-by-case basis.

Will there be a classroom web proctored exam where all candidates can take the exam together?

We are looking into accommodating this request. This comes with various considerations and further information will be provided as soon as possible.

Can candidates take exams on iPads?

This option is on our roadmap, and we will update partners when this option will be ready.

Will there be region-specific discounts?

Following the new 2022 Commercial Policy, three regions have replaced the original five. Regions are currently priced based on their classification, and no region-wide discount is currently available. Discount opportunities can still be achieved through the Growth Incentive.

Will there be communication material on the most important topics of the new commercial policy for local markets?

The existing presentation material thoroughly covers the basics of the transition. We are also currently working on follow-up communication announcements to better explain the detailed implementation of the new commercial policy. If localised content is needed, the creation of tailored communication material will be discussed.

How can ATCM login to Passport?

Please make sure that Internet Explorer does not run in Compatibility View

Step 1: Launch an internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer 9 or 11, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome) and visit https://www.peoplecert.org/en/Partners.

Step 2: Click on the person icon at the top right of your screen and select Sign in here.

Step 3: Type your Member ID or Username or registered e-mail and member Password and click SIGN IN.

How can ATCM customize Passport?

Step 1: Click on the Online menu, then click on Book Exams. Booked exams will appear on a list.

Step 2: Click on Add New on the lower left side of the screen, to open a new exam booking form. Alternatively, you can click on an exam and then on Duplicate Exam to open a similar booking form with some fields already filled.

Step 3: Complete the exam booking form. Please note that only the fields in bold are mandatory. At this point, you can select the Take Re-sit Exam Option for an exam session by checking the relevant field (field will be displayed only if the selected module supports this service). The service will apply for all candidates registered to the session. If the field is not checked, candidates will still have the option to purchase the add-on service themselves through candidate area after registration. How can ATCM register Invigilators on Passport?

Step 1: Click on the Persons menu, then click on Invigilators. All registered invigilators/proctors appear on a list.

Step 2: Click on Add New at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: A new form opens, in which you need to add the invigilator/proctor details. Please note that only the fields in bold are mandatory. If any of the information you entered is incorrect, when you attempt to save the record an error message will appear. To edit a record, click on it and make the necessary changes.

Step 4: Click on Save and Close.

Step 5: An automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent to the invigilator/proctor with a link where he/she needs to read and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and activate Peoplecert Account. Once he/she is registered, his/her name will appear in the Invigilator drop-down menu of the exam booking form.

How can ATCM register candidates through Passport?

Step 1: From Candidates Create and Add tab you can create new candidates and add them to an exam instantly.

Step 2: Click on Create & Add a Candidate Button. Fill in the form confirming that you have provided the candidate with the PeopleCert Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and you have received his/her written consent. Click save to add the newly created candidate to the exam instantly. Repeat the process as many times as needed.

How can ATCM order exam vouchers?

Step 1: Click on the Online menu, then click on Vouchers Orders from the top menu.

Step 2: Click on Add New button and complete the form. Please note that the Trainer field is only mandatory for ATOs (with a N/A option where applicable), so that candidates skip this step during registration.

Select Modules to order vouchers for more than one GBP modules (e.g. all the ITIL Lifecycle modules for one specific group of candidates). You can select the Take2 Re-sit Exam Option for a voucher order by checking the related field. The service will apply for all vouchers. If the field is left unchecked, then candidates will have the ability to purchase the add-on service themselves through candidate area after registration. Please, note that the specific field will be displayed only if all selected modules support the add-on service.

Option 1: Click on Selected by TC to select the exam language of the vouchers (candidates will not have the option to change it during registration).
Option 2: Click on Selected by Candidate to allow the candidate to select the exam language during his / her registration.

You can change the vouchers’ Valid from/ Expires on dates.
You can also change the Notification date of the automatic reminder e-mail sent to each candidate (default is 1 month prior to the Voucher expiry date). You can:
Check Apply to All (default), or
Uncheck Apply to All and choose the dates for each candidate.

Step 3: If you want candidates to receive the exam voucher directly from PeopleCert, you can either:

Option A: Select Create/Update Mail List in the Voucher Order form and add the e-mails and names of the candidates who you want to receive the vouchers information.
Option B: Upload your candidate list in an Excel file with the file extension *.xls or *.xlsx To upload your files, follow the steps below:

Click Choose File to find the file you want.
Click Open to select the file.
Click Upload. Your data will appear on the form.

Step 4: An automatic notification e-mail with the exam voucher numbers will be sent to you, together with step by step candidate instructions.

Step 5: These exam voucher numbers should then be sent to the candidates so that they can redeem them following the instructions (not applicable in the case of Step 3).

NOTE: Alternatively, you can click on an order and then on Duplicate Voucher Order to open a similar order form with some fields already filled.

NOTE: If you have selected multiple exam modules for your order, each recipient added in Step 4 will receive 1 exam voucher for each exam module.

Will the pricelist be bundled to make it easier to understand?

We are working on a bundled format for the 2025 pricelist to make it more user friendly.

If we buy annual PeopleCert Plus membership in bulk, what will the validity period for our customers?

Why is the Official Training Material not an optional item for ATOs?

Can candidates self study with the official training material or will it be available only through ATOs

The material announced is Instructor Led Training (ILT) and not self-paced. We are reviewing self-paced options, but no announcements at this time.

Can we use LMS materials instead of the eBook?

The eBook continues to be the official core guidance and will now be complemeted with the Official Training Material to be offered through the LMS platform.

Can you please provide more information on how classroom exams will be managed? Will the trainer still invigilate?

If we place 10% forward orders before the price increase in 2023 how will this affect the 2023 growth programme? Does it count top 2022 or 2023?

Any orders placed in 2022 will count towards that year and not 2023.

Is there a price increase expected for Take2?

There will be a percentage increase to Take2 prices by region, similar to the other PeopleCert products. The full 2023 Pricelist will soon be available in the Partners Area.

What is the process of reaching out to participate in the growth fund?

All ATOs can reach out to their BDM directly to discuss co-funding marketing and growth activities. We are very much looking forward to hearing from you.

Why is New Zealand not being moved to region 2 for AU $ pricing?

The ITIL Master will also be part of the ITIL qualification scheme in the future. The exact design is still being revised.

How will you manage the 10% pre purchase? Will learners potentially be impacted?

No learners will be impacted. We will not automate this process but will review with each partner if limit is exceeded.

Is there a ITIL v3 Japanese retirement plan?

We have no fixed date to retire v3 in Japanese, but we continue to keep it under review.

What are the trainer requirements expected for Practice Manager courses?

Are there geographical restrictions on where you can sell exam vouchers?

We do not want to display the bronze badge to our customers, as this could be seen to imply that our training is of less quality when in fact it is only a reflection of lower sales volume which can be expected from a smaller organisation. How can we avoid this misunderstanding?

Is there any plan to have INR billing for India? India is impacted a lot by the USD due to currency fluctuation.

Will PeopleCert continue to maintain the Axelos brand (not business)?

There are no current plans for translating into Portuguese, however we will reasses this if there is great demand.

No, Trainers do not have access to score reports of Mock Tests.

Does the ITIL Foundation Mock Test consist of the same questions as the two official sample papers we use during training?

The questions appearing in the two official sample papers used for training, and the Mock test are completely different set of questions.

Could candidates experience technical difficulties with the Exam Shield during the Mock Test?

Is the Mock Test also available in the Partners Area as a PDF?

Mock Tests are only available through PeopleCert’s e-shop for candidates and through Passport for ATOs.

When do I need to complete all rebrand activities, including website updates and email signatures?

Please complete all rebrand activities by January 31st. This includes updates to websites, email signatures, and other materials.

You can take a staggered approach to the rebrand before this date to suit your business needs.

Will accreditation now be at the Portfolio Brand level?

No, the rebranding does not affect the current accreditation structure. Accreditation will remain at the individual certification level.

Partner badges will also be issued at Portfolio Brand level only.

Will you replace our stock of hard copy books?

There is no need for replacement as the content of the books remains unchanged.

Are the certification names changing?

The majority of certification names will not change. Any exceptions will be specifically noted.

When can I start my updates?

What will happen to third-party certifications managed by PeopleCert?

Where does P3M3 fit into the Portfolio?

How will learner digital badges be issued?

Why is PeopleCert not prominently featured on the new certificates?

The new certificates are designed to align with the updated branding strategy which emphasizes the individual product brands. PeopleCert branding does exist but its not prominent.

Should I include references to Axelos in updated trademark statements and notices?

No, as you will see from the updated marks usage policy, references to Axelos are no longer required.

Will you be releasing new branded books? Will they replace existing ones?

Yes, we will update the branding on our Official Publications. However, existing books will not be replaced as their content remains valid.

I am concerned about merging MSP, MoR, etc., under one banner. Won't this confuse the marketplace?

Will you localise the new logos and product branding?

Currently, there are no plans to localise logos and branding, but we continue to evaluate market needs and may adjust our strategy accordingly.

Do we need to change our Trademarks and Notices?

Yes, please refer to the updated marks usage policy for guidelines on adjusting your trademarks and notices.

Why does the product brand not align with the overall corporate strategy?

As we update our products, alignment with the overall corporate strategy is a priority. We will review and adjust product branding accordingly to ensure coherence.

Do the course materials need to be re-approved due to the rebranding?

There is no requirement for re-approval by PeopleCert. Compliance with the new branding and marks usage will be included as part of audit acitivity from H2 2025.

Why is PeopleCert reverting to online proctored exams only?

Can I still order a paper exam?

As of 1 February 2022, our B&IT exams will not be offered in paper form. Exceptions will be available upon request.

Why is PeopleCert bundling the Official Core Guidance with exam bookings?

Can I still get a hard copy version of the core guidance?

Yes, from 1 January 2022 onwards, hard copy books will be available for purchase through PeopleCert, independent of the voucher.

Will Online Exams be localised?

Will learners be able to sit for open book online exams?

Yes, learners will continue to be able to sit for the open book online exams according to our current policy.

What if my candidates are unable to download or run ExamShield because of their Antivirus or Firewall settings?

As always, our Customer Service team is always on hand to assist candidates 24/7/365.

Information about ExamShield, how it works, and what is needed to apply it within a corporate environment is available to view in the Partners’ Support Area.

What will happen with existing stock of books after 1st of February?

Partners can use their stock of print books after the February 1^st date. As print books are an optional purchase, partners will be able to reorder through PeopleCert.

Will partners mark-up on books sales?

Yes, partners will have a margin on books and all other services, as they do already.

What is the process for purchasing a bundled exam and eBook offering?

How will the physical, hard-copy book be delivered?

Do re-sit candidates have to pay for the book again?

An exam-only offer will be made available to re-sit candidates, so they don’t have to pay for the book again.

What additional software should be used with the new eBook provider?

Will candidates be able to print the digital book/digital core guidance?

Will there be additional books bundled with upskill exams?

Can ATOs order bulk physical copies in advance?

Yes, bulk orders will be allowed, with UPS handling the shipping. There will be no advance notice required by PeopleCert for bulk orders.

Will books be available in all existing exam languages?

What will happen with vouchers bought before 1st of February?

If a candidate has taken a Foundation Exam prior to the Book mandate and will be taking the Practitioner Exam after the mandate, can they order an eBook?

Yes, candidates will be able to order an eBook through their Account.

Is there a possibility for a phase-out approach of paper-based exams in specific regions?

Will there be a classroom web proctored exam where all candidates can take the exam together?

We are looking into accommodating this request. This comes with various considerations and further information will be provided as soon as possible.

Can candidates take exams on iPads?

This option is on our roadmap, and we will update partners when this option will be ready.

Will there be region-specific discounts?

How can I retrieve my password?

Step 1: Launch an internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer 9 or 11, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome) and visit https://www.peoplecert.org/en/Partners.

Step 2: Click on the person icon at the top right of your screen and select Sign in here.

Step 3: Type your Member ID or Username or registered e-mail and member Password and click SIGN IN.

Step 4: If you are having trouble signing in, please click on Forgot your password? and insert your registered e-mail. You will then shortly receive instructions on how to reset your member credentials.

How can I see my trainers’ reports?

Step 1: Click on the Services menu.

Step 2: Click on Trainers Report to view the statistics of all exams conducted:

How can ATCM register Invigilators on Passport?

How can ATCM register candidates through Passport?

How can ATCM order exam vouchers?

Option 1: Click on Selected by TC to select the exam language of the vouchers (candidates will not have the option to change it during registration).
Option 2: Click on Selected by Candidate to allow the candidate to select the exam language during his / her registration.

You can change the vouchers’ Valid from/ Expires on dates.
You can also change the Notification date of the automatic reminder e-mail sent to each candidate (default is 1 month prior to the Voucher expiry date). You can:
Check Apply to All (default), or
Uncheck Apply to All and choose the dates for each candidate.

Step 3: If you want candidates to receive the exam voucher directly from PeopleCert, you can either:

Option A: Select Create/Update Mail List in the Voucher Order form and add the e-mails and names of the candidates who you want to receive the vouchers information.
Option B: Upload your candidate list in an Excel file with the file extension *.xls or *.xlsx To upload your files, follow the steps below:

Click Choose File to find the file you want.
Click Open to select the file.
Click Upload. Your data will appear on the form.

NOTE: Alternatively, you can click on an order and then on Duplicate Voucher Order to open a similar order form with some fields already filled.

NOTE: If you have selected multiple exam modules for your order, each recipient added in Step 4 will receive 1 exam voucher for each exam module.

How can ATCM view candidates’ marks?

Step 1: Click on the Marking menu.

Step 2: Click on Candidate Marks, to view the candidate results per exam session.

How can I become an Accounting Manager?

The ATCM can add a user as Accounting Manager from Passport. The option is under the tab Persons – TC Accounting Manager. By clicking on “Add new” a new form will open on which you should fill in all fields in bold.

How can I make online payments?

To be able to make online payments you should log in to our Eco-System using your role as TC Accounting Manager. From there you can see your invoices and proceed with online payment for the pending ones.
