Growth and Incentive Rebate Scheme

PeopleCert’s partner incentive scheme offers a twice-yearly rebate to partners who achieve revenue growth targets within a specified six-month period.

This scheme is only eligible for Silver, Gold, and Platinum partners.

How it works
Revenue includes the sum of all invoices (and credits) to the partner within, or applying to, the periods above, excluding accreditation fees, IPR licenses, and any rebates issued through this incentive scheme.
Revenue is calculated as total revenue for a test centre or network of test centres. For networks rebates are allocated to each test centre based on its own revenue contribution.
The growth target in each period is 10% revenue growth compared with the same period in the previous year.
Growth targets are reset at the start of each period.
Performance periods run from:
  • - 1st January to 30th June
  • - 1st July to 31st December

Rebates are based on each designation, at the following rates:

Silver
3.0%Additional rebateon qualifying 10% growth
Gold
4.5%Additional rebateon qualifying 10% growth
Platinum
6.0%Additional rebateon qualifying 10% growth

Financial Compliance

Timely payment of invoices (i.e. average payment days within agreed credit terms)

Quality Compliance

Demonstrating ongoing compliance and quality standards expected of our partners within the terms of the partner accreditation agreement
