  • Any of the following ITIL designations: ITIL 4 Managing Professional or ITIL 4 Master or ITIL v3 Expert or ITIL v3 Master
  • Training through an Accredited Training Organization or ITIL Official eLearning (coming soon)
  • Successful completion of the two required exams

Exam results will not be released without proof of completion.
