LanguageCert International ESOL for TfL is a 2-skill (Speaking & Listening) exam in English, aligned to the B1 level of the CEFR, for individuals who are applying to Transport for London (TfL) to become a licensed London private hire driver or for existing licensed London private hire drivers who are required to meet the English language requirement.
