The MoV Foundation Certificate is also a pre-requisite for individuals wishing to achieve the MoV Practitioner Qualification.

MoV Foundation is suitable for management and staff in organisations wishing to acquire an understanding of MoV. It is also intended for professionals involved in directing, managing, supporting and delivering portfolios, programmes and projects, including Senior Management, Programme Managers, Project Managers, Change Managers and Project and Programme Office staff and their sponsors. MoV is also valuable for those who apply the methods in other PPM guides to build on and enhance the activities to maximise value and delivery of benefits.
Starting from 1 February 2022, exam vouchers for AXELOS Certifications, including MoV® Foundation, will incorporate the corresponding Digital Core Guidance (eBook). The Core Guidance eBook acts as a valuable source for candidates in their day-to-day work, long after their exam has finished. It becomes available in the candidate’s PeopleCert account, upon exam purchase and the candidate is able to take advantage of several features available like annotation, highlighting, etc.
