Growth and Incentive Rebate Scheme



PeopleCert’s partner incentive scheme offers a twice-yearly rebate to partners who have achieved revenue growth targets within a specified 6-month period.

Periods for target growth incentive are 1st January to 30th June and 1st July to 31st December.

Revenue includes the sum of all invoices (and credits) to the partner within or applying to the periods above, except for accreditation fees and IPR licenses, and any rebates from this incentive scheme.

Revenue is calculated as total revenue for a test centre or network of test centres. For networks, rebates are issued to the primary test centre.

The growth target in each period will be a 10% growth on revenues from the same period in the previous year.

Growth targets are reset at the start of each period.

Rebates are based on designation, at the following rates:



Which partners are eligible
All active Accredited Training organisations, with a designation of Silver, Gold, or Platinum.

How is the rebate provided
The rebate will be issued as a credit note to the partner, following confirmation of achieving their target, following the close of the period.

Additional conditions to the scheme
Qualification of rebates will also be subject to:
(i) timely payment of invoices (i.e. average payment days within agreed credit terms),
(ii) compliance with PeopleCert quality standards, including

a. certification vouchers are purchased for each training program sold, and
b. learners register with PeopleCert by redeeming their voucher before starting their training program.
