Hard to pin it down as it’s not one thing! It’s not a checklist or a daily routine and it’s certainly not just the absence of illness! It’s personal to you and it shifts over time. And it often gets pushed aside when life gets busy.

Wellbeing is a state of being comfortable, healthy, happy and it encompasses physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing.
