Has the way I access my learning content changed?
No. You can continue to access your learning content through your PeopleCert account, using the same access points and buttons.
Have my username or password changed?
No. You can sign in with your existing PeopleCert account credentials.
What has changed in my learning experience?
Your PeopleCert account, login details, and access to your learning content remain unchanged.
Previously saved progress, quiz attempts, quiz scores, and bookmarks were not carried over during the transition.
Your learning materials, certificates, and badges have not been affected.
Can I still access my learning content?
Yes. You can access your courses through the Courses tab in your PeopleCert account. Once you enter the platform, you will also be able to see your courses on your Dashboard.
If you notice that a course is missing or inaccessible, please contact our support team through the usual support channels. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
What happened to my learning progress?
Some progress information have not been transferred to the new platform. This means that saved course progress indicators and quiz scores are no longer available. For eLearning, Self-Study, and Trainer-Led courses, you do not need to restart the entire course. You can continue studying using the learning content available in your PeopleCert account.
Any certificates or badges you have already earned have not been affected.
What happened to PeopleCert Membership learning content?
Membership learning content is structured as a sequential learning journey. As part of the transition, progress tracking for Membership learning content was reset.
If you were partway through a Membership learning journey before the transition, you will need to start it again in the updated platform.
Any badges you have already earned remain valid and have not been affected.
Were my certificates and badges affected?
No. Existing certificates and badges remain valid and have not been affected by the transition.
Do quizzes and assessments still work?
Yes. Quizzes and assessments continue to work. However, previous quiz attempts and quiz scores are no longer available.
Are my learning materials and downloadable resources still available?
Yes. Learning materials, course files, learner kits, and downloadable resources remain available.
Has the learning content changed?
No. The transition affected the platform, not the learning content itself. Your learning materials and resources remain available.
Why does the platform look different?
Some parts of the interface and navigation have changed following the move to the new platform. However, the core functionality remains the same, and you can still access your learning content, modules, quizzes, assessments, and resources through your PeopleCert account.
Do my saved bookmarks or direct links still work?
Bookmarks or direct links to course pages no longer work because they point to the old platform. Please access your learning content through your PeopleCert account and create new bookmarks from there.
Do I need to install or download anything?
No. The platform remains browser-based, so you do not need to install or download anything.
Can I access my learning content on a mobile device?
Yes. You can continue to access your learning content through supported mobile and tablet browsers.
