Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about the upgrade to the system that hosts and delivers your eLearning courses, including what is changing and what will remain the same.

Will I access my learning content in a different way?

No. You will continue to access your learning content through your PeopleCert account, using the same access points and buttons as today.

Will my username or password change?

No. You will continue to sign in with your existing PeopleCert account credentials.

Do I need to do anything before the transition?

No action is required from you before the transition. Your PeopleCert account, login details, and access to your learning content will remain the same.

If you are currently studying, we recommend making a note of where you are in your learning journey, as previously saved progress, quiz attempts, quiz scores, and bookmarks will no longer be available after the update.

Your learning materials, certificates, and badges will not be affected.

Will I still be able to access my learning content?

Yes. After the transition, you will continue to find all your courses in the Courses tab on your PeopleCert account, as you do today. Once you enter the platform, you will also be able to see your courses on your Dashboard.

If you notice that a course is missing or inaccessible, please contact our support team through the usual support channels. We will assist you as quickly as possible.

Will my learning progress be transferred?

Some progress information will not be transferred to the new platform. This means that saved course progress indicators and quiz scores will no longer be available after the transition. For eLearning, Self-Study, and Trainer-Led courses, you will not need to restart the entire course. You can continue studying using the learning content available in your PeopleCert account.

Any certificates or badges you have already earned will not be affected.

What happens to PeopleCert Membership learning content?

Membership learning content is structured as a sequential learning journey. As part of the transition, progress tracking for Membership learning content will reset.

If you are partway through a Membership learning journey, you will need to start it again once the updated platform is live.

Any badges you have already earned will remain valid and will not be affected.

Will my certificates and badges be affected?

No. Existing certificates and badges will remain valid and will not be affected by the transition.

Will quizzes and assessments still work?

Yes. Quizzes and assessments will continue to work after the transition. However, previous quiz attempts and quiz scores will no longer be available.

Will my learning materials and downloadable resources still be available?

Yes. Learning materials, course files, learner kits, and downloadable resources will remain available.

Will the learning content change?

No. The transition affects the platform, not the learning content itself. Your learning materials and resources will remain available.

Will the platform look different?

Yes. Some parts of the interface and navigation may look different, but the core functionality will remain the same.

You will still be able to access your learning content, modules, quizzes, assessments, and resources from your PeopleCert account.

Will my saved bookmarks or direct links still work?

Bookmarks or direct links to course pages will no longer work after the transition, as they point to the previous platform.

After the update, please access your learning content through your PeopleCert account and update any saved bookmarks from there.

Do I need to install or download anything?

No. The platform remains browser-based, so you do not need to install or download anything.

Can I access my learning content on a mobile device?

Yes. You can continue to access your learning content through supported mobile and tablet browsers.

Will there be downtime during the transition?

Yes. There will be a maintenance period during the transition, which is expected to last up to 2 hours. We will communicate the details in advance, so you know when this will take place.
