Discussing the future of work at the LMDE 2023 Conference

PeopleCert is proud to be a Diamond Sponsor of the Leading and Managing in the Digital Era: Shaping the Future of Work and Business Education international conference, organised by the Athens University of Economics and Business, Stevens Institute of Technology, and the Bodossaki Foundation.  The conference sessions will be held on 19-20 June at the Divani Palace Acropolis Hotel.

Byron Nicolaides, PeopleCert Group Founder & CEO, will be participating in a keynote industry panel discussion called 'Transforming People and Organisations' with other industry leaders on Tuesday 20 June, from 13:00 to 14:30. The panel will be chaired by George Doukidis, Professor in the Department of Management Science and Technology at the Athens University of Business and Economics (AUEB).

The discussion will focus on how digital transformation impacts leadership, emphasising collaboration, transparency, entrepreneurship, diversity, and inclusion. It will also explore the new skills and mindsets required to stay competitive and adapt to rapidly changing traditional leadership and management roles.

The conference will bring together academic leaders, researchers, and industry leaders to discuss management and leadership in the digital era, as well as the impact of digital technology on business and education. It will feature selected papers presenting innovative research results and their business impact, along with discussion papers and panels by academic and industry leaders sharing their vision for the future of Business Schools and business education in the digital era.

Our team of Business Development Managers will be present throughout the conference, as well as at the inauguration dinner on the evening of 19 June, to meet with attendees and discuss PeopleCert’s Education Partners Programme.
