Susan is Senior PRINCE2 Product Architect at PeopleCert and author of PRINCE2 Project Management in Action. She is responsible for shaping the future of PRINCE2, advancing it as a practical framework for modern, adaptive delivery. Drawing on her experiences across financial services, global technology leadership, and entrepreneurship, Susan brings a pragmatic perspective to organizational change and delivery. She is particularly focused on bridging the gap between structured governance and adaptive ways of working, helping organizations move beyond methodology debates to practical, value-driven outcomes.
Having trained thousands of professionals and created highly rated digital learning programmes, Susan is passionate about making PRINCE2 guidance accessible, relevant, and immediately usable in the real world.
After successfully running her own business, PPM specialist Narinder took on the role of Senior Product Architect for the PRINCE2 method. She was first introduced to PPM and the PRINCE2 method back in the late 90’s whilst working on a global project, which was part of a global payments programme for DHL Global Systems. After leaving DHL, Narinder moved into the world of consultancy and training. This is where she used her experience to deliver accredited training to many organizations looking to adopt methods such as PRINCE2, whilst also helping them improve the way they delivered their change projects and programmes.
