In all our courses we take into considerations the learning objectives of our participants. We combine classroom sessions with group sessions and peer reflections. In all our courses we use examples of best practices and case studies and we reflect on the experiences and questions of our participants. We always focus on the content and on the underlying values and beliefs of our participants and adjust our training approach to the way of learning of our participants. We provide most of our trainings in Dutch, English and German. Our trainers are leading professionals who have published several books, articles and blogs about project, programme and portfolio management and the agile way of working. Our in-company training’s are often part of the transition process of our clients to improve their work processes.
