IT Expert Lab  A specialized center for accelerated training and recruitment of IT specialists for digital transformation

IT Expert Lab is a specialized centre for accelerated training and recruitment of IT specialists for digital transformation, founded in Almaty in 2022. The company addresses a pressing market problem: a shortage of 80,000 IT specialists annually in Kazakhstan and 500,000 in the EAEU market. Additionally, 87% of companies cite talent acquisition as the main obstacle in digital projects.

We offer services in three areas: recruitment and selection of personnel to meet the customer’s requirements, with in-depth assessment of competencies; screening, including the examination and testing of the customer’s employees; and training, comprising 8 basic, 20 advanced and 30 online courses, as well as preparation for 20 international exams. The courses were developed by a team of experts holding ITIL v2, ITIL v3 and ITIL 4 certifications. Among the clients are BI Group, Halyk Bank, KPMG, NCOC, and ministries and government bodies of Kazakhstan.
